UEI Global Placement Procedure for Students
- During the beginning of the academic year, each student is advised to participate in aptitude tests or counselling activities to figure out if they want to pursue higher studies or go for placements.
- Interested students are required to submit a form showcasing their interest in any job post or company to the Training & Placement Cell.
- Registered students will be given opportunities by the TPC.
- Selected students will be required to complete all other necessary formalities as required by the employer and join the designated company or organization within the given timeframe.
UEI Global Placement Procedure for Participating Companies/Employers
- The Training and Placement Cell will invite companies and employers for campus recruitment.
- The TPC would then send the resumes and profiles of registered students to the respective Companies as per the Students' interests.
- Next, the company or employer will confirm a date or discuss it with the Coordinator of TPC to confirm a date.
- After date confirmation, the participating company or recruiters conduct a Pre-Placement Talk, Group Discussions, and Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates.
- At last, final shortlisted students will be invited for an interview round for final selection.
- The companies will announce the final results of selected students for successful placement in their company soon after the interview round.
Alumni Network
The Alumni Association of UEI Global cherishes approximately 1000 alumni and adds over 300 new alumni each year. This association has both a regional as well as international scope which enables the present students to network with industry players.
