Admission: The college doesn't exactly prepare you for a job, but you can find chances to improve your coding skills beyond your classes. However, the college doesn't provide much support, so you have to juggle both and might encounter some biases.

Placement: The college offers courses in software development, data analytics, and non-technical fields like management and finance. Many companies visit for recruitment, including big ones like Colgate, Visa, DB, Barclays, and Bank of America. It's great to have job opportunities right on campus!

Campus: The college and hostel are getting renovated, which was much needed. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi on campus is unreliable and often doesn't work. The same goes for the hostel. The network is pretty bad there too. Also, the computer labs are mostly not working.

Admission: The teachers here are super helpful and have graduated from IIM. They know a lot and not only help with college stuff but also with real-life issues. The teaching is really good, and the courses are practical. They get you ready for the industry and teach you a ton. Exams in the semester are a bit tough, especially at first. But once you understand everything, it gets easier. You need to aim for a CGPA above 4, and if you study and solve old exam questions, you can even get a 7 CGPA.

Placement: In my course, around 10-20% of students got placed. But across the whole college, 70% of students found jobs. The highest salary offered was around 32 LPA, while the average was about 15 LPA. The lowest was 9-10 LPA. Companies like VISA, Bank of America, and Deutsche Bank visit for hiring. Not many students in my course got internships, though. The popular roles are Data Analyst, Data Engineer, and Developer.

Campus: The classrooms are nice and renovated, but the overall facilities could be better. Wi-Fi and AC are only in the labs, and the library is pretty good with all the books you need. The hostel facilities aren't great, and the food in the mess isn't very healthy. The canteen food is better though. The medical facilities are okay. Just know that the hostel gates close at 8 pm, so you can't leave after that.

Admission: The semester exams at Usha Mittal Institute of Technology (UMIT) can be different for each course and professor. But mostly, they are not too hard. To do well in these exams, you need to work hard, attend classes regularly, and participate actively. Make sure you keep up with the syllabus and finish your assignments on time.

Placement: UMIT is pretty good with placements. Most years, about 70-80% of students get jobs. Big companies like Visa, Deutsche Bank, Barclays, Colgate, and Bank of America hire a lot of students from UMIT. Last year, 32 students got placed with an average salary of 32.76 LPA. The highest package was 203 LPA.

Campus: UMIT is a pretty good engineering college in Mumbai. The academic vibe is nice and the campus is okay. Sometimes the facilities like the hostel and mess aren't that great, but it's not too bad. The food in the mess and canteen is alright and there are plenty of choices.

Admission: The teachers here are awesome. They really know their stuff and are super helpful. They explain things well and always help us out when we're confused. The courses are practical and prepare us for jobs. Love it here!

Placement: I go to this college where most students get jobs in good companies every year. This year, the highest package was 24 LPA and the average was 7 LPA. Big companies like Barclays, Oracle, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, and Colgate visit our campus for placements.

Campus: The college has good infrastructure and provides Wi-Fi, but the hostel facilities are just okay. It's not the best, but considering the low cost in this area, it's decent. Living in the hostel is easy and safe, especially for girls. Plus, they have Wi-Fi there too.

Admission: The teachers at my college are really nice and helpful. They are always there to help when you need it. They know a lot and are supportive. They treat us like friends. The teachers are very friendly.

Placement: Last year, the job placements were better than this year because fewer companies are hiring. Around 80% of students got placed last year, but I think it might be lower this year. It takes a while for companies to interview all the students, which can be frustrating.

Campus: The college's infrastructure is decent. The labs have A/C and the computers work well. They're updating the technology in the labs. I'd rate them 3 out of 5. Each floor has Wi-Fi, and there are 2-3 labs on each floor for different departments.

Admission: The teachers are super helpful and everyone is really friendly. They know their stuff and are well-qualified. The course prepares us well for the industry. We have 3 coding language subjects throughout the 4 years, along with other computer science subjects. The college exams are tough but fair, set by the faculty. If you attend regularly, passing is a breeze. The pass rate is about 95%.

Placement: Most students in our course got placed, with the highest salary being 32 lakhs and the lowest 3 lakhs. The average salary is around 8 lakhs. Visa is the top company that recruits from our course. About 30 percent of students got internships in companies like Cigniti, Deloitte, KPMG, and others. Roles offered include software developer, engineer, tester, analyst, and more.

Campus: The women's college I go to has a really nice campus with ongoing renovations. They have a good network connection available 24/7. I heard that starting in 2026, each student will get 15 GB of data space for their work. There are 2 labs split into 4 sections, making a total of 8 labs with computers. Plus, there are 4 more labs with working PCs, and a library with seating.

Admission: The teachers here are pretty helpful. Some are easygoing, while others are stricter. They really try to help us out and listen to our issues. If we're struggling with grades or attendance, they step in to support us. Overall, I think the faculty is cool.

Placement: The best part about our college is definitely the placements. They really put a lot of effort into helping us get good jobs. The teachers here are super supportive and focus on both studies and other activities. The highest salary offered was around 42 LPA, while the lowest was 3 LPA. On average, most students get around 7-8 LPA during placements.

Campus: The hostel can be tricky to find, but it's really great once you get there. The food at the hostel mess is top-notch sometimes we PGs even get our meals from there. Our campus is huge with lots of greenery, being a university and all. It's not just a single building. Plus, the location is super convenient.

Admission: The teachers and seniors at this college are really friendly and always ready to help with any questions. They teach us in class and also show us practical stuff in labs and with projectors. Our grades come from regular tests instead of just one big exam, which is nice.

Placement: Around 85-90% of us find jobs by our fourth year. A lot of us even land internships by our second year. Companies like Visa, Infosys, and Capgemini come for placements and offer good salaries. Last year, Visa gave the highest package of 37 LPA, and the average was 9 LPA.

Campus: The college has labs for different subjects, but some of them need fixing. They're working on making new ones for students. The labs have Wi-Fi, which is cool. The other buildings are in good shape too. Food is not a problem at all. There are three canteens on campus. You can also order thali and other food whenever you want.

Other top companies that hire from our college are Bank of America, Accenture, Deutsche Bank, Visa, etc. They mostly offer roles as Software Development Engineers.

Campus: The college's infrastructure is decent, not amazing but not terrible either. The classrooms are big and have plenty of space. The labs have all the equipment we need. The library is spacious and has a variety of books. Unfortunately, there's no Wi-Fi. The hostel is okay, the food is good with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The canteen is clean and the food is tasty. There's also a volleyball and basketball court for sports.

Admission: The teachers at our college are really nice and know their stuff. They're always there to help us out when we need it. The courses we take are designed to get us ready for jobs by the third year. That's when we can start applying for internships and jobs.
