Admission: The college facilities are enough for everyone. The teachers here are great they all have good qualifications. Exams are split into two parts: mid-semester (30 marks) and end-semester (50 marks), plus teacher assessment (20 marks) to give you a final grade. The exam setup is really good and easy to use.

Placement: The placement here is really good for a tier 2 college. Both CSE and mechanical branches have great placement opportunities. The average package goes up to 7 LPA, which is pretty good. Almost every student gets placed every year, as long as they don't have any backlogs. Even branches like electrical have decent placement numbers. I've heard that branches like ME and chemical also have good placement opportunities.

Campus: The college has some old buildings that weren't great, but they've been renovated and now look really nice. The government of Odisha gave 2000 crores for college development, so they're building new stuff. They're working on new buildings, hostels, labs, and sports facilities. The hostels and food are better than average, and the infrastructure is top-notch.

Admission: I love the metallurgical and materials engineering department at our college. The teachers are awesome and always ready to help. They even guide us for the GATE exam. Our semester exams in this branch are a breeze, with a 100% passing rate.

Placement: Most students in my course got jobs, around 80%-90%. The best package is like 11 LPA - 12 LPA, while the average is 5 LPA - 6 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA - 4 LPA. Companies like JSW Steel, Aditya Birla Group, and Capgemini hire from here. For internships, 60%-70% get them through PPO, and if you want other internships, you can refer and almost always get them. Companies like JSW Steel and Tata Steel offer internships too. The main role offered is graduate engineer trainee (GET).

Campus: The lab facilities and classrooms have smart boards which is cool. I stay in Pulastya Hall of Residence, and the food here is better than other hostels like Marichi and Kratu. There's a canteen on the ground floor too.

Admission: The teachers at our college are really knowledgeable, having studied at top NITs and IITs like IIT Bombay and IIT Delhi. They are always there to help us with our branch events and projects. I find them supportive, and they are pretty generous with giving out good grades.

Placement: There are good companies like Aditya Birla Group, JSW, Tata Power, Tata Steel, and others that offer placements. They give job opportunities to students at VSSUT. The highest salary offered is around 18 lakhs per year, the lowest is 3 lakhs, and the average is about 6 lakhs.

Campus: The food is great and they keep everything clean. They celebrate Saraswati Puja, Holi, Diwali, and other events in our hostel. All the hostels are in good shape and get renovated every 45 years. The hostel buildings are really nice overall.

Admission: The teachers here know their stuff, but some are more helpful than others. Some explain things really well, but others just talk about theory. The courses are okay, but they don't show us much about the real world. Exams are fair, and lots of people pass.

Placement: In my civil engineering batch, about 1/3 of students (around 45 out of 150) get jobs. The highest salary is between 8 to 9 lakhs per year. The lowest is 3.5 to 4 lakhs. On average, most students get paid around 4.5 to 5.5 lakhs. The main companies hiring are Aditya Birla and L&T. Some students also get internships, mostly in places like PWD. The most common job is site engineer.

Campus: The classrooms are okay, but the college is still working on improving the overall setup. Some parts are well-kept, but others need upgrades. The new dorms are nice, giving a good living experience, but the old ones are outdated and don't have modern stuff. One big bummer is there's no proper gym, so it's tough for students to stay active. The food in the cafeteria is just okay, served only once per meal. It's not amazing, but it's not terrible either. There isn't much variety, so a lot of students prefer eating out at canteens and food stalls nearby.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff and are super smart. The course is spot-on for getting us ready for work. The exams are challenging but they help us get ready for what's next. You just need a 40% to pass.

Placement: Most students in my course get placed every year, about 90%. The highest salary offered is 48 LPA, while the lowest is 2 LPA. On average, it's around 5-6 LPA annually. Companies like Cognizant and TCS hire a lot of us. Around 80% of students also get internships in roles like Graduate Engineer Trainees, Network Engineering, or Software Engineering at companies like TCS and Cognizant.

Campus: The college has separate labs for each branch, which is great. There are lots of job opportunities too. Wi-Fi is always on, and the classrooms are neat. The library has all the books you need. The hostel is awesome with super clean floors and really hygienic food.

Admission: All the teachers at our college are super qualified, most of them have Ph.D.s. They really know their stuff. The course content is right on point and gets us ready for the real world. The exams are not too tough or too easy, just the right level. Almost everyone passes, the passing rate is almost 98%. The course content really prepares us for the industry.

Placement: Most students get placed every year through campus placement. The highest package is about 7.5 lakhs, the lowest is 4.5 lakhs, and the average is 6 lakhs in Mechanical Engineering. Maruti Suzuki is the top recruiting company for ME. All students manage to secure internships with companies like Mahindra, Wipro, Tata, and others.

Campus: The hostel here is awesome! They put 3 of us in one room when we're in our 1st year. The classrooms are nice, but too bad there's no Wi-Fi. The library has all the books we need. Our college really takes care of us 1st-year students with great facilities, like the cool hostel rooms. It's nice that we get our own room with 2 other students.

Admission: The teachers at VSSUT know their stuff and are really helpful. They're good at teaching, and the quality is top-notch. The faculty here is strong and experienced in their fields. VSSUT is known for having experts as teachers. They also offer internships that are super useful for students.

Placement: The teachers at our college are really experienced and know how to teach well. Most students who graduate from here get jobs with salaries around 70 percent. Some even got offers for 6 Lacs per year, while the lowest was 3.5 Lacs. Big companies like TCS, Infosys, and semiconductor companies often hire students from our college.

Campus: The college has a really nice infrastructure. Classes and labs are good too, but my favorite spot is the library. It's a great place to study and focus. The Wi-Fi in our hostel wasn't great, but everything else like food and rooms is okay. We share rooms with 4 students. The college has good connections in the industry, so job placements are good.

Admission: The college has 250 teachers for 4500 students, so the ratio is 1:18. The teachers are helpful and offer guidance. We have two exams every semester - one in the middle and one at the end. The subjects we study are practical and prepare us for jobs in the real world.

Placement: Almost all students in my electrical engineering course get jobs every year. The average salary for us is around 5 Lacs per year, but some even get up to 12-15 Lacs. About 70-80 percent of students also land internships. It's a great opportunity for everyone!

Campus: The college's buildings are well-maintained, including our first-year hostel. They have a library and an electrical engineering lab. The food in the hostel is good, with a nice menu for students.

Admission: The teachers here are awesome! They are top-notch and have all studied at good universities. They explain things in a way that's easy to get. They help us out with extra classes when we need it. We have two semesters each year with two tests in each one. The questions are just right, not too hard or too easy.

Placement: The placements at our college are okay. Companies like Tata Power, Havells, and Bajaj came for recruitment this year. Tata Power is the top recruiter. The highest salary offered is 3.5 LPA, while the lowest is 2.5 LPA. Tata Power also offers internship programs.

Campus: The campus has great infrastructure. They have separate hostels for B.Tech and M.Tech students. Wi-Fi is everywhere, and there's CCTV for security. The labs are big and have all the stuff needed for industry work. Classrooms are roomy and have modern tech. Plus, there's a cricket ground, volleyball court, badminton court, and basketball ground for sports.

Admission: I really like this college because there are around 4000 students and about 250 faculty members. The teachers are cool and helpful. We have 2 exams every semester, and they can be a bit tough sometimes. The courses cover a lot of stuff, which is why I picked this college for my degree. They get us ready for real-life stuff or more school if we want. The semesters are challenging but not too crazy.

Placement: Around 75% of students from my civil engineering course landed jobs after graduation. The highest salary offered in our course is around 10 LPA, while the average is between 5-6 LPA. Ultratech is a major company that hires a lot of students from our college. About 60% of students also got internships during their studies.

Campus: The college setup is really nice. The library has lots of books for studying. Living in the hostel is fun with my classmates. The food is good and the menu changes often. Plus, they have medical services and a gym too.
