Vignan University Scholarships for PG Courses
At the postgraduate level, scholarships are offered to M.Tech, MCA, MA English, and M.Sc. Chemistry candidates based on various criteria such as merit in B.Tech, marks obtained in GATE/ PGECET/ VUGATE, merit in ICET conducted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, and merit in degree level examination and admission test & oral interview conducted by the respective department.

Vignan University Scholarships for PhD Courses
For full-time Ph.D. scholars, the Vignan University offers INR 25,000 per month for Engineering and INR 18,000 for Science, Management, and Humanities under the Half-Time Research Assistantship (HTRA). Additionally, there is a 50% tuition fee waiver for faculty working in Vignan Institutions and registered as part-time research scholars.

Vignan University Scholarship Guidelines
For the continuation of the Vignan University Scholarship, students must meet certain criteria, including, passing in all subjects at the first attempt, scoring 70% or above in the preceding year without any backlogs, clearing all dues and paying the whole fee for the particular semester/year, and not being involved in any act of indiscipline, ragging, or eve-teasing.
Vignan University Scholarship Distribution
The Vignan University adheres to a specific distribution system for scholarships. The first 1/5th of the top 5% of students receive 50% of the category-A - fee as a scholarship. The next 2/5th of the top 5% of students receive 30% of the category-A - fee. The remaining 2/5th of the top 5% of students receive 20% of the category - A fee.
