Admission: The teachers here are really good and helpful. They're all qualified and their teaching style is great. We have two exams each semester: one mid-semester exam set by the college, and the other end-of-semester exam by Gujarat Technological University.

Placement: In my Electronics and Communication course, around 70% of students got placed on campus. The highest package is 21 Lacs per year, and the average package is about 6-7 Lacs per year. Companies like Infosys, Hitech, and Torrent Power come for recruiting.

Campus: The hostel atmosphere is nice, but the cleanliness could be better. The toilets and bathrooms are cleaned daily, which is good. However, there's a problem with the water being clean. There are two boys' hostels and one girls' hostel. They also have a reading room in the hostel.

Admission: I really like the professors at Vishwakarma Government Engineering College. They know their stuff and are super helpful. We usually have a couple of mid-term exams, and they're not too hard.

Placement: I went to Vishwakarma Government Engineering College and the top salary offered was 22 LPA. Most students get around 5 LPA, while the lowest package is 3 LPA. A lot of big companies come here to hire students.

Campus: The Vishwakarma Government Engineering College has lots of labs and classrooms in different branches. The library is packed with books, and there's Wi-Fi everywhere. You can play basketball, cricket, or kabaddi on the sports grounds. Plus, there are two canteens one in the hostel and one in the mess.

Admission: The faculty at my college are pretty good. Some of them teach really well with practical examples, while others just read from the textbook. Most of the teachers in the computer engineering and information technology departments are supportive. We had our semester exams conducted by GTU.

Placement: I studied in the CSE branch. No batch from this course has graduated yet, but the placements for CE department are decent. The highest package offered is 10 LPA, while the lowest is 2 LPA. On average, most students get around 5-6 LPA. Companies like TCS, Accenture, and Infosys come for placements and hire students from my course.

Campus: In my course at Vishwakarma Government Engineering College (VGEC), we've got nice labs, big classrooms, and good stuff for hands-on learning. Our department has cool labs with new gear. The classrooms are big and have projectors for better studying. There's also an auditorium for talks and workshops. VGEC has separate hostels for guys and girls. The hostel rooms are okay, but can get a bit tight. The food is alright, but it's the same stuff over and over, like most mess food. Some dishes are tasty, though.

Admission: The teachers at Vishwakarma College are super supportive, so we never feel stuck. They're really good at teaching and we feel comfortable asking questions. They help us with our projects and inspire us to come up with new ideas.

Placement: I applied for placements with 15 other students in my department. Luckily, 8 of us got jobs in 2024. If you have a good CGPA, you can even get a 15 LPA package from our college. Don't worry if you don't, though - there are plenty of other companies that hire students from our college. Getting a job with our degree is pretty easy.

Campus: The hostels at our college are really clean and nice. They're well-designed and have all the facilities we need. We're happy here because the staff keeps everything in check. Plus, the fees are affordable so it's easy for us to pay without any stress.

Admission: The teachers are really smart and know a lot about what they're teaching. They're experts in their subjects and have good practical experience too. The semester exams aren't super hard. If you study well, you'll do well. It helps you get ready for the industry.

Placement: I graduated in power electronics. During our batch in 2024, most students in our department got placed around 90%. The highest salary offered was 12 LPA, while the average was between 4-5 LPA. Companies like Hitachi, Reliance, and Adani came for placements. Almost everyone got internships, and the top job roles were in R&D, project management, and sales.

Campus: The power electronics department has labs with all the tools we need for testing and simulating. The classrooms have fast Wi-Fi, which is great. The hostel rooms come with a bed, table, and chair, which is nice. The food in the mess is just okay, not amazing. It's good that there are medical facilities in the hostel too.

Admission: I'd rate this college 3 stars. The teachers are great - they know their stuff and teach it well. But the course is a bit of a mess. They don't cover 2-3 chapters for the final exam because there's not enough time. The exams are set by GTU, so we have to go along with that.

Placement: Only about 10-20% of students move on to more studies. Out of the 80% left, around 40-50% of students in my Electrical Engineering program get jobs paying between 3 to 10 lakhs per year. The main companies that hire from our branch are L&T and Torrent. Students have to find internships by themselves at different companies.

Campus: The college is a government engineering one, so the facilities are pretty basic. Wi-Fi only works in a small area on campus. The classrooms are fine, but labs don't have enough equipment. Sometimes we have to use simulators for practicals. The library isn't great either; it has weird hours - open from 11 am to 2 pm, and then from 3 pm to 5 pm. Hostel facilities are not great; taps don't work well, and some students can't get a hostel room and end up in PGs. The food is the best part!

Admission: The teachers at Vishwakarma Government Engineering College are really smart and nice. We have one mid-term test and one final exam by Gujarat Technological University. The mid-term test is worth 30 marks, and we need at least 12 to pass. The faculty here are great teachers.

Placement: I studied electronics and communication engineering. Around 68% of students in my branch got placed. The highest package is like 25 lakhs per year. The lowest package is 3 lakhs per year. Most students get around 5 lakhs per year. The top companies that hire from our college are eInfochip, Hitachi, Torrent Power, and Tata Consultancy Services.

Campus: The infrastructure at Vishwakarma Government Engineering College is great, but the classrooms are just okay. The hostel, though, is not that good. The food there is also not up to the mark.

Admission: The teachers here are really smart and know how to explain things in a simple way. They teach us so well. The courses we take are all about real-world stuff. The exams are not too hard. If you know the basics, you can do well in them.

Placement: Most students get placed through the placement cell. The average package is about 6 LPA, while the highest is 10 LPA. Many companies come to campus for hiring. I haven't applied for any interviews yet, so I don't know the names of the companies visiting. Only students placed through the cell get internships or training. The companies offer roles depending on the student's qualifications.

Campus: The department is always clean and tidy. The labs have all the equipment and chemicals needed for experiments. The library is cool with internet access, but it doesn't have a lot of books. However, it has info about all the books. The hostels are nice too. Three students share a room, which is pretty good. Plus, there's a mess inside the hostel, so you can grab food easily.

Admission: The teachers here are really good at teaching, but the courses are outdated and not helpful for getting a job. The exams are super easy though just study the book the night before and you'll ace it!

Placement: Most of us got jobs after graduating. Companies like TCS, Simform, Radix, and Surekha Technology hired many of us. They offered roles like java developer, web developer, and project manager. The highest salary in 2024 was around 9 to 10 lakhs per year. Even the lowest salary was at least 3 lakhs per year.

Campus: The classrooms are basic and don't have air conditioning. The college Wi-Fi is okay for regular stuff, but not great if you need really fast internet. The hostels are nice to live in. And there's a sports team you can join too!

Admission: The teachers were really smart, they graduated from top colleges like IIT. We had mid-semester exams in college and final exams by the university. If we didn't pass the mid-sem exam, we had to retake it. The teachers also helped us prepare for job interviews.

Placement: The college arranged placements for us, and we had big companies like TCS, Hitachi, L and T, Byju's coming in. Around 300 students got placed this year. Everyone got a 6 LPA package. You needed at least a 7 CGPA to get placed.

Campus: The buildings were good, but kinda old. Each department had its own block, like CE, EC, and stuff. The computer lab was cool though. The food in the mess wasn't great. Oh, and there's one big library with all the books. They even had a spot for games and sports.
