Admission: The teachers can be tough sometimes. They might not always work together if there are issues. They're the ones who decide if you pass or not. But we can choose from lots of different classes to finish our credits.

Placement: I found that getting placed here was pretty easy. Most students with a CGPA of 7.5 or higher got jobs. The lowest salary offered was 7 LPA for non-technical roles.

Campus: The mechanical engineering department is top-notch here. It's actually the first department at our college. The hostel has a typical South Indian vibe, and there are plenty of sports facilities available too.

Admission: The teachers at our college are a mixed bag. Some are really good, some are okay, and some don't teach much. They usually write on the board and explain things well. There's about 20 students for every teacher. I've had an average experience with most teachers, but some have been really helpful. Overall, the professors are pretty great and they're always there to help out.

Placement: The job placements here are awesome! For Mechanical Engineering in 2024, almost everyone gets a job. Right now, half of the Mechanical students already have jobs. The highest salary is 64 LPA, the middle one is 12 LPA, and the average is 11 LPA. All the top companies come for hiring. Each department has a placement cell to support with jobs and internships. Overall, the college has a super high placement rate.

Campus: The campus is huge, covering 215 acres. We've got all kinds of buildings like classrooms, admin offices, a new academic building, sports facilities, hostels, an auditorium, and a library. It's right in the middle of Nagpur city. In the first year, we have classes in the classroom complex, then we move to our department buildings from the second year. The auditorium hosts all the big events. My top spot is the sports complex - they have top-notch equipment for all kinds of sports. And gotta mention, the library is awesome too!

Admission: The teachers here are really good and know their stuff. They've been teaching for a long time. Whenever you need help, they're there for you. The exams are fair not too easy, not too tough. You just need to get above 40 out of 100 to pass.

Placement: I study EEE at VNIT Nagpur. The placement rate is really good around 80-85%. The highest salary is around 55 LPA, the lowest is 5-6 LPA, and the average is 10-12 LPA. Lots of top companies come for hiring. I don't know the internship rate yet, but some students get internships in their third year. You can find more details on the college website.

Campus: The college has great infrastructure with sports facilities, Wi-Fi everywhere, and a huge library with all the course books. The labs are well-equipped, and there are spacious classrooms for the first year. The hostel is good, with a TV room, and medical facilities are available on campus. Overall, it's a comfortable place to study and live.

Admission: The teachers here are not good at all. They just go through the motions and collect their pay. It's pretty disappointing. The exams are super hard and the grades are low. This college doesn't prepare us for real-world jobs. The lab equipment is broken and no one tells us what to do during practical sessions.

Placement: My batch hasn't graduated yet, so I can't say much about placements. But I heard from the last batch that it wasn't great. Getting an 8 CGPA is tough. The highest salary package was about 27 lakhs, but not many students got placed. Thanks.

Campus: The facilities here are great - LAN, library, smart classrooms, labs, you name it. Our hostel is awesome with 24-hour LAN. Water and cleanliness are on point. But the food in the mess? Not so good. It's oily, veggie-heavy, and not tasty. And the prices are low too.

Admission: The teachers here are really great. They're super helpful and take our questions seriously. I love that they have tutorial sessions for when we need extra help. I'm taking a communication skills class, and it's been really useful. I feel like I'm learning a lot from it.

Placement: I took the ECE course and most students, like 93%, end up with jobs. For Mechanical, around 90-90% of students who tried to get placements got one. My mentor from ECE landed a job at Nvidia. Also, my mentor snagged internships at Google thanks to our IV Lab college club.

Campus: The campus is really big, about 256 acres. I usually bike to get around. The buildings are well-organized, especially the classrooms for undergrads. They're working on a new building for postgrads. I don't stay on campus, but my friends say that in the first year, girls share rooms - two people in one room, or three.

Admission: The first-year exams are really tough. The teachers are great and make sure no one can cheat during exams. They are super knowledgeable, with most having Ph.D. degrees. Chemistry and Physics are the hardest subjects for me because the grading is strict.

Placement: There are 100 students in my batch 25 girls and 75 boys. About 65% of students in my branch got placed. Four students switched to different branches like Computer, Electronics, and Mechanical. A few students also dropped out of college.

Campus: I really like my college because we have awesome facilities like singing, gymnastics, and an auditorium. The classroom complex has 40 rooms, and each one has AC which is great. My favorite fest is Keyan, it happens in every classroom and the ventilation is good. There are over 5,000 students in my college and it's a cool place to be.

Admission: The professors at VNIT are all from IITs and have Ph.D. degrees. They teach well and the course curriculum is good for preparing us for the industry. The semester exams are tough, so you can't just cram the night before like at other colleges. The pass rate is around 80%, so you gotta work hard to pass.

Placement: The placement scene for civil students this year is pretty good. Around 60% of us found jobs, with the highest salary hitting 21 LPA. The average and median pay are 9 LPA and 8 LPA. The lowest offer was 3 LPA. To see past placement stats, go to www.vnit.com. Companies like BPCL and Reliance come every year to recruit students. And about 30%-40% of us scored internships in our 3rd year. You can find more details online about internships with BPCL and Reliance.

Campus: The Civil department building is quite old, but it's got free Wi-Fi and the labs are well-kept. The classrooms are in good shape too, with projectors and mics available. VNIT has an awesome library. The hostel provides 24-hour hot water, which is great. The mess food is decent. There are lots of canteens on campus, including a night one in the hostel. They even have a health center on campus. The sports complex at VNIT is top-notch and has all kinds of sports facilities.

Admission: The teachers really know their stuff and teach well. The subjects we study are useful, but how tough the exams are depends on each teacher. Passing is tough, with only about 30% to 35% of students making it. Some subjects are really hard to pass, so the passing marks are lower than what most students get.

Placement: In my group, most students got jobs after college. Oracle hired a lot of people and they paid well. Some students also did internships, but not everyone was into that. The college gives good practical learning.

Campus: The department is old, but the classrooms in the new building are great. All our classes are there, but the lab equipment is outdated. The Wi-Fi is available, but it's not very fast. The library has everything we need, and the auditorium is cool. We have a football field and cricket facilities for sports.

Admission: The teachers at our college are really cool. Math Sir Arun Dubey and English teacher Rich Man are super nice. The campus has a good vibe with a nice bond between students and faculty. The classes are not too crowded, with about 20 students per teacher. Most students pass their exams every semester, which is great. We have both internal and external exams twice a year.

Placement: By the time I reached my 6th semester, I could apply for jobs. Everyone in my college got placed, which was awesome. The top offer last year was 12.25 LPA at IBM. I landed a job at Justdial after finishing my degree. Lots of big companies like Google and Amazon came to hire students it was cool to see so many options.

Campus: Our campus had the best greenery compared to other colleges. The buildings were nice too. There were lots of clubs like Hallaball for acting, Octaves for singing, Iridescent for artwork, 911 for hip-hop, Bollywood dance, Technical Club IV Labs, Velocity, Ashlesha Astronomy Club, and more. I was in the Iridescent Art Club and applied for IV Labs and Ashlesha Astronomy Club for next year. Being part of these clubs helped boost my confidence, communication, and personality.

Admission: There are lots of teachers here at college, so you can always get help when you need it. I really like my English teacher, Proof Aayushi Soni. She's awesome! And my class coordinator in computer science treats us like friends, which is cool. The student-to-faculty ratio is great too 50 students to 2 teachers. That's why I chose this college.

Placement: To get campus placements, we need to attend the first and third semesters. Companies like TCS and IT companies come to hire students. This course helped me learn about electricity.

Campus: The Aarohi cultural fest happens in October for 3 days. AXIS is VNIT's big technical fest. Consortium, organized by VNIT's e-cell, is in February. The library has around 1.3 lakh printed books and 8,000 E-books. In each classroom, there's a green board, TV, and two projectors. Sports are great here, but the fests and curriculum are just okay. Octaves for music, hallabol, acting, and other clubs add fun to campus life.
