Admission: Some teachers are helpful, while others aren't. Most chemistry teachers are really helpful and all are qualified. You have to work hard on your own to stand out, as the teaching quality isn't that great. The student to faculty ratio is around 100:1. Lab facilities are good, but you need to be interested in the work. The daily schedule is tough, with classes from 8 in the morning to 7:30 in the evening. Plan your day well to adjust to this routine.

Placement: The placements for our batch this year were decent - better than last year. Everyone got placed, but honestly, just getting placed isn't enough. We all aim for a good package too. This year, the highest package was around 24 lakhs for CSE in Chennai Campus, while the lowest was 2.2 lakhs. Most companies visit our college, looking for talented and hardworking students. During internships, we all got opportunities with different companies. The highest stipend was 70k, the lowest was 14k, and the average was around 20-25k. There isn't a separate placement cell, but our teachers are really experienced. Listening to them is key for a bright future.

Campus: The infrastructure here is pretty good. Classrooms don't have AC, but labs do. Wi-fi is available in the hostel and library, but there's a limit of 15GB data. The quality of classes is good, but the labs are even better. The library is the best spot. The food in the canteen is good, but the mess might disappoint you. The hostel rooms are amazing. It's a big plus that this is a private college, so they really take care of the rooms. They keep everything clean, except for the hostel toilets. You might need to adjust to that. The infrastructure issues aren't a big deal. What's important is choosing between an AC or non-AC room, especially in Chennai where it's hot all year round. AC is a must there.

Admission: The course info is always given out early, and all the teachers have post-grad degrees. Some even have PhD's in their fields. They really know their stuff and help with projects that can be used in real life. They're great at teaching how to become a useful app developer too.

Placement: Many top companies visit our college for placements. While not everyone gets placed, a good number of students do. I recommend joining our college for the opportunities it offers. There are many clubs and a great environment to grow in. Don't miss out on the fun!

Campus: The college has great infrastructure and it's always kept in good condition. College life here is cool, and everyone is really friendly and helpful. Getting admission is easy, and you can learn a lot here. We have free Wi-Fi and labs on every floor. The library is in one place, and you can find all the books you need. Plus, there's 24-hour medical help available.

Admission: The semester exams are super hard. You gotta understand your stuff to do well. The teachers only show PowerPoints, so you gotta take good notes. Pay attention in class and study hard for your exams.

Placement: I'm so impressed with the placements happening at the college. Despite the tough economy, almost half of the students already have jobs. The average salary package is around 7 LPA, but if you're a top student, you could land a job with a salary of 10 LPA or even more. It's great to see so many opportunities for us students!

Campus: I love the courses here! You can pick your class schedule, your professor, and even customize your courses. It's super flexible and perfect for what you want. The teachers are awesome too, and you can learn a ton. I'm really happy with it.

Admission: The teachers really know their stuff and are super qualified. The course content seems outdated though. We have three exams each semester: two easy ones and one tough one. All of them count towards our final grade. A lot of students struggle in the first semester, but honestly, if you study, you'll be fine.

Placement: I heard that over 85% of students got placed from here. The highest salary was 15 LPA, while the lowest was 1.8 LPA. On average, students got around 8 LPA. Companies like Hero, ITC, Bosch, and more visit for placements. Starting from the third year, students can also get internships which is pretty cool.

Campus: The facilities are pretty good at this college. The Wi-Fi in the hostel is there, but it's a bit slow, around 6 Mbps. The hostel is clean and they take good care of it. You can play table tennis and badminton in the hostel, and there are more sports available on campus. They also have a health center on campus. The food in the mess is just okay, nothing special.

Admission: The semester has three big exams. CAT 1 and CAT 2 are like mid-terms, and FAT is the final exam. We also have a lot of assignments and quizzes. FAT is worth 100 marks, and CAT 1 and CAT 2 are worth 50 marks each. You need at least 50% to pass.

Placement: The college offers an average salary package of about 8.5 LPA, and a lot of companies come for placements. If you do well in your studies and can use what you've learned, you have a good chance of getting placed. Big companies like Infosys and TCS come here for placements too.

Campus: There are three hostels and three big academic buildings here. The food in the mess is pretty good. They have labs for Fluid Mechanics, MATLAB, BEEE, English, Chemistry, and more. Every classroom has a projector. You can get Wi-Fi in the hostels and labs too.

Admission: The teachers here are super helpful, qualified, and really know their stuff. They're friendly and always clear up any questions we have. The curriculum is hands-on and gets us ready for the real world. We get to go on lots of industry visits and internships, which is awesome. Oh, and the pass rate is around 50%.

Placement: Most students got jobs in different companies like consulting firms and BPOs after college. Salaries range from around INR 2 lacs to INR 4 lacs per year. On average, students make about INR 3 lacs annually.

Campus: The classrooms are big and have projectors. They have AC in the business and law schools. The library is huge and has AC too. There are lots of food spots on campus like Domino's, Gazebo, Gymkhana, Dashing, and more. It's cool!

Admission: I really like this college because they create a great environment for learning. The teachers focus on preparing us for the future and encourage us to work together. They make sure we graduate with the skills we need to face any challenges. The best part is how they make sure we learn the practical side of things in every course. We also get to work with the industry a lot through projects, guest lectures, and internships. It's all part of the curriculum, which is cool.

Placement: Around 70% of students at VIT Chennai get jobs through campus placements. Last year, 912 students got hired by 118 companies. In 2018-19, over 600 companies visited the campus for placements. Microsoft made the highest offer of 39 LPA. Other companies like Cognizant, TCS Digital, Deloitte, and Intel also recruited students from here.

Campus: The hostels here are really nice and clean. We have blocks from A to G, and they're still building more. The rooms come in different sizes one bed, two beds, three, four, and six beds. They clean the rooms often, so it's a great place to hang out. There are courts and stuff like swimming, squash, table tennis, and more. All of them are in great shape. Each block has an open area where students chill after dinner. It's a nice way to relax after a long day of classes. There are 3 main mess options right here in the hostel, so you don't have to go out to eat. Overall, it's a pretty sweet setup.

Admission: The teachers here are awesome! They're all PhD holders and really know their stuff. They test us, give quizzes, make us do presentations, assignments, and mini projects to help us learn deeply. There's one teacher for every 8 students in our field. We go on industrial visits often and have industry people come for events regularly. The course is set up to teach us a lot. They follow a trimester system to make sure we learn as much as possible.

Placement: Placements here are a bit challenging. As a fresher, you might not get more than 4.5L. And even if you have experience, it doesn't make a big difference. For analytics or operations, placements are quite low. You might want to consider marketing jobs if you don't get your desired area. Around 75-80% of students get placed here. Marketing companies are the most common, followed by finance. Usually, you'll start as a management trainee. The highest package is about 5.5 LPA, with the lowest being 3.5 LPA. It's also good to look for placements and internships on your own.

Campus: The facilities here are pretty good. You've got everything you need. The classrooms and labs are cool. The canteen food isn't as good as home-cooked meals, but it's decent quality. They keep an eye on it to make sure it's top-notch. The hostel rooms are nice. They clean them and the bathrooms every day, which is great. The A/C rooms could be better though. The cooling isn't great, and the A/C only runs from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays. But hey, it's on all weekend! Overall, not too many issues here.

Admission: The teachers at VIT Chennai are amazing they're really helpful and kind. We've got loads of lab facilities, which is awesome. The semester exams aren't too hard, but it really depends on each person. VIT has a pass rate of 90% and above, which is pretty cool.

Placement: Around 865 students find jobs here each year on average. The highest salary offered is around 20 LPA, while the lowest is 5 LPA, with an average of 8 LPA. Big companies like Microsoft and Intel hire students from our college.

Campus: The hostel here is really nice and clean. The Wi-Fi works well and is pretty fast. They have both AC and non-AC rooms available. There's a night canteen open from 12 to 1 am. The wardens and security are always around if you need them. Plus, there are indoor games and a gym in the hostel. And if you ever have a medical issue, there's a clinic on campus too.

Admission: I really like the teachers at VIT. They're super educated and always share what they know with us. It's the best thing about the college.

Placement: Most students in our college get jobs at VIT, around 85-90%. The highest salary package offered at the Vellore campus is 1.2 crore per year by Motorq. I'm studying B.Sc. mathematics and computing, a course that started in 2021. Our batch has 12 students, unlike the first batch with only 7. We're not stressed about placements or anything like that.

Campus: The labs are cool with AC. Classrooms are big and comfy with good seats, boards, and projectors. The library at the University of Tamil Nadu is amazing it's huge with 4 floors and a basement. They have around 70,000 real books plus e-books, journals, magazines, and newspapers. Each sport has its own team, so you can join without any stress.
