VIT Chennai Scholarship Categories and Fee Waivers

VIT Chennai offers generous scholarships through its GV School Development Program, providing tuition fee waivers for top-performing students in the VITEEE exam. Central and state board toppers receive a full 100% waiver, while VITEEE rank holders from 1 to 50 get a 75% waiver, ranks 51 to 100 receive 50%, and ranks 101 to 1000 enjoy a 25% waiver for all four years of study.

 

VIT Chennai Scholarship Terms and Conditions

Scholarships at VIT Chennai are awarded for the first academic year based on the candidate’s rank in VITEEE or board performance. From the second year onwards, students must maintain a minimum CGPA of 8.0, meet the required attendance criteria, and maintain good conduct with no record of indisciplinary activities to remain eligible for the scholarship each year.
