(ii) The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational Subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks for candidates from the Reserved Categories, Economically Weaker Section and Person with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in aggregate;

(iii) The candidate should have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks for candidates from the Reserved Categories, Economically Weaker Section and Person with Disability Category, belonging to the Maharashtra State only) in aggregate;

(iv) The candidate needs to qualify an aptitude test in architecture conducted either by NTA (i.e., JEE) or NATA conducted by the Council of Architecture;

(v) Any other criterion declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.

Fill out the “Against Vacancy Application Form” on the official institute website.

• Pay a non-refundable application processing fee of INR 1,180 (INR 1,000 + 18% GST).

• Download, print the filled form, and submit it along with the FC copy to the college.

STEP 2

Follow Institute Schedule

Applicants must strictly track and follow the timeline/schedule released by the institute for the Against Vacancy Round.

STEP 3

Check Vacancy Display

Monitor the institute website for the official display of Vacancies Against CAP. Allotment is strictly executed based on inter-se-merit.

STEP 4

Check Merit List

Review the Final Merit List published on the official institute website.

STEP 5

Seat Allotment

Seats are allotted directly to candidates whose names appear on the institutional Against Vacancy Merit List.

STEP 6

Confirmation of Admission

Allotted students must report to the college within the stipulated time frame along with all original required documents and institutional fees.

STEP 7

Receipt and Acknowledgment

Collect the final fees receipt and the official Acknowledgment of Confirmation of Admission generated via the State CET Cell Admission portal.
