Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS), Delhi, does not provide an on-campus hostel facility for its students. Students coming from outside Delhi generally arrange accommodation independently through private PGs, hostels or rented flats near the institute. Recent 2026 student reviews also continue to report the absence of a college hostel and the use of nearby PG accommodation.
The institute is located in Pitampura, North-West Delhi, and its location gives students access to several private accommodation options in and around the locality. Since these accommodations are privately operated, their rent, facilities, rules and security arrangements can differ considerably.

Does VIPS Delhi Have a Hostel?
VIPS Delhi currently does not have a college-operated hostel. Students are not allotted rooms by the institute, and there is no separate boys' or girls' hostel managed by VIPS on campus. Recent 2026 reviews from students across different programmes also mention the absence of hostel accommodation.
This means students who require residential accommodation have to independently select a PG, private hostel, shared apartment or rented accommodation.
The absence of an institute hostel is particularly relevant for students relocating to Delhi from other cities. Students should ideally finalise accommodation before the beginning of their academic session rather than depending on last-minute availability.
VIPS Delhi PG and Accommodation Options
Private accommodation around VIPS generally includes PGs, private hostels and shared flats. Options may be available for both male and female students, although the availability and house rules depend on the individual property.
Common accommodation formats include:
- Single-occupancy rooms
- Double-sharing rooms
- Triple-sharing rooms
- Shared apartments
- Private hostels
- Paying guest accommodation
The exact rent depends on factors such as room occupancy, air conditioning, attached bathroom, food, housekeeping, laundry, location and other services.
Students should personally inspect the property before paying a deposit and verify the terms of the rental or PG agreement.
VIPS Delhi PG Fees
VIPS does not prescribe or collect PG or private hostel fees because these accommodations are independently operated. Consequently, there is no official VIPS Delhi hostel fee structure.
| Accommodation Type | Typical Arrangement | Fee |
| College Hostel | Not provided by VIPS | Not applicable |
| Private PG | Single/double/triple sharing | Varies by property |
| Private Hostel | Shared or single rooms | Varies by property |
| Shared Flat | Individual/shared room | Varies by rent and occupancy |
Students should compare the total monthly cost rather than looking only at advertised rent. Food, electricity, air conditioning, maintenance, laundry, Wi-Fi and security deposits may be charged separately.
