Admission: The teachers at our college are awesome! They really know their stuff and help us a lot. The classes are great, we use projectors and sometimes even have classes outside. The courses are practical and prepare us well for the industry.

Placement: Most students from our college got jobs around 90%. The highest salary was 10 LPA, and the lowest was 2.5 LPA. On average, it's 7 LPA. We can do internships at cool places like Tata, World Vision, and more. They offer roles in leadership, team building, and stuff like that.

Campus: The Wi-Fi is always working, which is great. We've got computer labs, GIS labs, and all the classrooms are air-conditioned. The library and canteen are also air-conditioned. They have cool stuff like basketball, cricket, and table tennis for fun. Plus, if you need medical help, there's a nearby hospital called Sadar Hospital. Food in the canteen is pretty good too.

Admission: The professors were really good and knew their stuff. They taught us in a modern way that helped us understand everything we needed for the course. The course covered everything we needed to know for the organization.

Placement: The college has great placements with everyone getting a job. The highest salary is 10 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. Companies like Tata, HDFC, SRLM, SKS, Janalaxmi, ICICI, and NPCI hire from our college. Almost all students get internships, mostly as managers. Everyone gets placed before March. Internship chances are given to all students in different types of companies.

Campus: I loved the college setup. The campus had Wi-Fi everywhere, which was great. The library had a lot of books and journals for studying. The hostels were divided by streams and had Wi-Fi and a playground. The mess served three meals a day on time and kept everything clean.

Admission: The teachers at our college were really good. They knew their stuff and were always ready to help. They explained things clearly and used examples from real life, which made it easier to understand. Our course had some finance topics, so finance companies came to hire students. Most of the students in accounts or BBA went for these jobs. I was in the batch that had online classes for 18 months because of the pandemic. The last 6 months were special because we got to go on a rural camp. Almost everyone scored a 7 CGPA or higher, around 98% of us.

Placement: I'm happy to share that about 75 students from our rural management course got placed. The highest salary offered was 8 LPA, while the lowest was between 1 to 2 LPA. Some of the top companies that recruited us were Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, IDFC, and Polycab India. Almost all of us landed jobs in companies like Polycab India, IDFC, Rajeevika BRLPS, JSLPS, Manipal Tata Medical College, Annapurna Finance, and more. Everyone also managed to secure internships at places like TSF, BRLPS, Srijan Foundation, Phia Foundation, and others. It's great to see our fellow students thriving as Managers at IDFC!

Campus: The college had everything we needed for the rural management course. The library had lots of books and computers with online resources. The computer labs had Wi-Fi, and the classrooms had AC and projectors. The hostel was clean and the food was delicious. The same chef cooked tasty food in both the canteen and the hostel. They even served yummy kachori for breakfast every day. The kachori from the canteen was really popular because it was so tasty.

Admission: The HRM department at XISS is the best one. Students get great job offers every year. They teach all the important subjects and some electives too. We also learn about other subjects. The business communication classes help us speak confidently. We do fieldwork where we go to different places and work or teach. It's part of our studies.

Placement: Our batch (2019) had a great placement rate of almost 82%, which was much better than last year at 67%. Out of 75 students, around 62 got placed in companies like Taj Group of Hotels, Tata Steel, Tata Motors, and more. The highest salary offered was 13 LPA by ITC and HZL, with an average of 5-6 LPA. Tata Steel, Maruti, HZL, and ITC also offered PPOs. It was a good experience with a lot of companies visiting our campus for placements.

Campus: The facilities at XISS are pretty good. They have a basketball court, auditorium, parking lot, cafeteria, music room, and more. The classrooms all have projectors and AC, which is nice. The Wi-Fi on each floor is fast, so it's good for doing work or presentations. The computer lab is also well-kept.

Admission: The professors at this college are really great. They come from different fields and are super qualified. They help us a lot to learn and grow. They share their experiences and knowledge, which is cool. They don't just lecture us they like to interact and show us how things work in real life. The course covers everything we need to be prepared for working in rural areas. It's awesome!

Placement: Almost every student in rural management got a job. The pay ranges from Rs. 23,000 to Rs. 65,000 a month, with an average of Rs. 30,000. Companies like Vedanta, Arohan, BRLPS, JSLPS, and more came for campus placements. The job title was young professional. Salaries ranged from 4 to 13.5 LPA, with an average of 5 LPA. Campus: The facilities at our B-school are top-notch. We've got everything we need for our MBA studies - library, Wi-Fi, classrooms, and digital sessions. The hostel has a mess and Wi-Fi too. The food is good and easy to get used to. Plus, the hostel is in a great location with malls, grocery stores, and medical facilities nearby. Admission: The professors don't always communicate clearly with students. They're really knowledgeable, but the way they teach can be pretty old-fashioned. We don't get to see much of how things work in the real world because we don't go on many industry visits.

Placement: I really like how our college gets almost 96% of students placed. Companies from different fields come to hire students from different departments. They offer jobs like management trainees in finance and hospitality. Almost everyone gets a summer internship, with just a few students not getting one.

Campus: The campus isn't the best since it lacks some fun stuff like clubs and activities. The classrooms and labs are kinda old and need updating. But the food is pretty good here!

Admission: The teaching here is top-notch. The professors really know their stuff and even share their research. The focus is on making rural life better through government programs. It's all about helping people out.

Placement: Almost everyone gets a job after graduating. The pay can range from Rs. 23,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month, with an average of Rs. 35,000. Companies like Vedanta, BRPLS, and ICICI come for placements. The top job is a black programme officer. Salaries for our course go from 4 LPA to 13.5 LPA, averaging at 5.5 LPA. Everyone lands an internship too.

Campus: The campus has Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and online classes. Food could be better, but overall it's okay. We play different sports and even participate in XLRI events every year to represent our college. Plus, we have fun festivals to enjoy too.

Admission: The professors were always helpful, which is nice for keeping things organized. They use PowerPoint and case studies which give us real-world examples. Getting exposure to different industries is really beneficial. Sometimes PowerPoint feels unnecessary, but other times it's actually helpful. You do have to put in some effort and study on your own to get the most out of it.

Placement: The college was awesome! Over 90% of students got placed, with the highest salary around 13-14 LPA. Big companies like HDFC, Tata Motors, Walmart, and more came for placements. Roles were mainly in Corporate HR and Industrial Relations. Everyone got an internship too. And yes, there's a placement cell to help out. Overall, it's a great place for getting placed in top companies.

Campus: There's a basketball court, library, Wi-Fi, canteen, and classrooms on campus. Each student gets their own classroom where professors teach. The food at the canteen is just okay. The boys' hostel is quite a distance away. The library is great with two of them to use.

Admission: The teachers at this college are really knowledgeable and friendly. They teach well, but there's still some things they can work on. They like to use projectors and do activities and case studies in class. In each department, there are about 6-7 teachers for every 60 students. In HRM and RM, there are 75 students. We get to visit industries and rural areas for practical experience, and we also take part in contests. The course has around 50-55 subjects over 20 months.

Placement: The placement season was super intense. Lots of companies came to hire students like ICICI, HDFC, Netscribes, Ujjivan, UTI, Samastha, Bandhan Bank, and more. Most jobs offered around 4-5 Lacs. The Finance department had a 100% placement rate.

Campus: The campus has Wi-Fi on all floors, each with its own password. The classrooms are equipped with projectors, sound systems, AC, and comfy chairs. The library is big and perfect for self-study. They've got a gym, sports facilities, and a computer lab. The canteen is great, with lots of seating. Hostels are located off-campus.
