Placement: Most students who graduate from the Rural Management Programme at XAVIER INSTITUTE OF SOCIAL SERVICE usually land good jobs with decent pay. They work with companies like JSLPS and BRLPS. In this program, we learn about things like CSR, NGOs, and community development through hands-on projects. It's a great way to prepare for a career in helping others.

Campus: The department has classes with projectors and group discussions. We also get to visit institutions and go on rural camps. We interact with students from other institutions through seminars and workshops. Xavier offers affordable medical facilities, food, and hospitality services. It helps us become better professionals in the future.

Admission: The professors at this college are really great. They come from different fields and are super qualified. They help us a lot to learn and grow. They share their experiences and knowledge, which is cool. They don't just lecture us they like to interact and show us how things work in real life. The course covers everything we need to be prepared for working in rural areas. It's awesome!

Admission: The professors don't always communicate clearly with students. They're really knowledgeable, but the way they teach can be pretty old-fashioned. We don't get to see much of how things work in the real world because we don't go on many industry visits.

Placement: I really like how our college gets almost 96% of students placed. Companies from different fields come to hire students from different departments. They offer jobs like management trainees in finance and hospitality. Almost everyone gets a summer internship, with just a few students not getting one.

Campus: The campus isn't the best since it lacks some fun stuff like clubs and activities. The classrooms and labs are kinda old and need updating. But the food is pretty good here!

Admission: The teachers here are really great - they know their stuff and are always there to help. Sometimes we even get guest speakers from big companies to come give us talks. Each department has about 7 teachers for around 60 students. We also get to go on a field trip to the countryside and visit some industries as part of our course. It's pretty cool!

Placement: The finance and marketing department did really well with all students getting jobs and an average salary of 5 LPA. The other departments had 75% placements. Most students got roles like relationship manager or marketing manager. The college provides internships, but you can skip them if you have your own connections.

Campus: The campus isn't huge but it's got parking and a basketball court. They hold sports events at the back with St. Xavier's college and XISS sharing the field. There are two libraries, labs, a conference room, and an auditorium. Wi-Fi works in both the boys' and girls' hostels. The food is okay, nothing special.

Admission: The teachers at our college are really great. They all have their Ph.D. and teach in a cool way. They're always there to help with any study issues. And they're super friendly, always ready to chat about anything bothering us.

Placement: The college sets up placements with top companies right on campus. Lots of students around 70-80% end up getting placed. The salaries can range from 4.5 Lacs to 9 Lacs per year. Plus, they help organize internships in various locations and even offer stipends.

Campus: The college has really nice classrooms with cool decorations and good Wi-Fi. The campus is super green, and the library has a ton of books and a quiet spot to study. They have hostels, but you can't use your phone or gadgets there. Plus, there's a bunch of different playgrounds to hang out at. It's a pretty sweet setup overall.

Admission: The professors were always helpful, which is nice for keeping things organized. They use PowerPoint and case studies which give us real-world examples. Getting exposure to different industries is really beneficial. Sometimes PowerPoint feels unnecessary, but other times it's actually helpful. You do have to put in some effort and study on your own to get the most out of it.

Placement: The college was awesome! Over 90% of students got placed, with the highest salary around 13-14 LPA. Big companies like HDFC, Tata Motors, Walmart, and more came for placements. Roles were mainly in Corporate HR and Industrial Relations. Everyone got an internship too. And yes, there's a placement cell to help out. Overall, it's a great place for getting placed in top companies.

Campus: There's a basketball court, library, Wi-Fi, canteen, and classrooms on campus. Each student gets their own classroom where professors teach. The food at the canteen is just okay. The boys' hostel is quite a distance away. The library is great with two of them to use.
