Admission: The teachers are okay, but there's this one awesome guest teacher named Mr. Ramesh Khatri. He's really good at teaching and knows his stuff. He taught us important subjects like Data Structures, Structural Analysis, Geotechnical Engineering, and more. Mr. Khatri is the real deal!
Placement: In my third year, a company offered me a job in marketing with a 3 LPA salary, which was the highest among all the offers. But now, in my 8th semester, there are no more placement calls from the college. I'm looking to start my career in the core field instead.
Campus: The college's infrastructure is okay for the fees, but it's kinda quiet without many students around. In my group, there's just 13 of us, and only 5 or 6 actually show up. It's a bummer that we don't have lab practicals because it makes it hard to learn hands-on stuff.

Admission: The teachers at my college know their stuff. Some are really good, but some have their ups and downs. The lab techs, though, don't know much about the subject.
Placement: The placement scene wasn't great because only a few companies came for placements. Only the best students got job offers. The highest salary was around Rs. 2.8 LPA, while the lowest was Rs. 1.2 LPA. Companies like Poddar, HCL, Goenka, and Tech Mahindra visited our college.
Campus: The college has a good setup with separate buildings for each department. The classrooms are spacious, modern, and well-lit. They even have a big field for sports events. The labs are well-organized and have up-to-date technology.

Admission: The teachers at Yagyavalkya Institute of Technology are really smart and nice. They help us out with questions, even during breaks. They teach in a cool way that makes it easy to learn. We do practicals in the labs with their help.
Placement: Most engineering colleges don't have many job placements nowadays because there are too many engineering students and not enough jobs. Last year, no one from our college got a job. But in the past, our seniors found jobs in companies like Wipro, Dell, and L&T. YIT has a good track record of placing students in big companies.
Campus: The infrastructure at Yagyavalkya Institute of Technology is really nice. They have digital classrooms, a library, and labs with good equipment. The girls' hostel is safe too. The food in the mess and canteen is pretty good. Overall, a cool place to study!

Admission: I took courses in B.Tech and M.Tech in civil, mechanical, electronic and communication, electrical, and computer science. They also have management courses. The faculty was great. They were really helpful and taught in both Hindi and English, which made it easy for students from Hindi medium backgrounds. The student teacher ratio was 30:1. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
Placement: Around half of the students got placed after college. Some were studying for government exams, while others were preparing for non-tech exams. The salary package for armed forces jobs was around 8 lakhs, with the lowest being 3.25 lakhs. Most students were offered junior engineer roles, with some getting assistant engineer positions. In the armed forces, the job title was assistant engineer.
Campus: Our college has wifi everywhere, and the electronic and computer science departments have AC. The library has about 5250 books with digital help and some computers. If there's an emergency, there's a hospital nearby. The mechanical and civil departments are top-notch. The labs are really well-equipped. There aren't many girls' bathrooms, though.

Admission: The teachers at this college are really good. They know their stuff and have lots of experience in their subjects. They give us hands-on experience with different projects and activities. Plus, they're friendly and always willing to help out.
Placement: I began my journey at MNIT and finished my first building project after 4 years there. Currently, I'm at Adani Logistics LTD in Gurgaon doing civil work that I learned at college. Many of my classmates have also found jobs in different companies.
Campus: The college has everything we need like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, video conference, library, and medical games. They even organize live demonstrations for us to learn both theory and practice. It's a great way to experience things firsthand.

Admission: The faculty for civil engineering at YIT is really good. They have top-notch labs and facilities for civil engineering. The math and chemistry teachers are great too. When I studied computer science and IT, we had awesome labs with 24/7 internet. Plus, the whole campus has Wi-Fi everywhere.
Placement: The job placements at our college weren't great. Only a few companies like Wipro and BPS came for recruitment, mostly offering BPO roles. In 2014, around 10 students got placed in technical support jobs. The highest salary was 2.25 LPA, which students got through college placements. Some students also found jobs on their own in other good companies.
Campus: The campus at YIT is really nice, with a big lawn in the front. Hostel students have internet access in the lab, and the cafeteria stays open until 10 PM. The only downside is that the hostel food and water can be a problem in winter because there's no hot water. The classrooms are big and nice, but don't expect AC or coolers in the summer. And there's no medical help available in the college or hostel.

Admission: The teachers here are super helpful with the course and curriculum. They send us notes by email and do video lectures too. A lot of them give us their phone numbers for any questions we have. About 60% of the teachers have master's degrees and some even have PhDs. They know their stuff because they have real-world experience as well as book smarts.
Placement: The job placements at this college aren't great. Big companies like TCS and ACCENTURE don't come to hire us. The CSE and IT students get jobs with an average salary of 3-4 Lakhs per year. But other good companies like HCL, COGNIZANT, UDB Jaipur, IBM, TAJ Group, TVS, and BAJAJ do come to hire students from Mechanical, CSE, IT, EE, and ECE. This year, 15 CSE students got jobs at HCL and COGNIZANT with an average salary of 3.8 Lakhs per year. Sadly, only 40% of CSE students get placed. In Mechanical, 51 students got jobs at TCS and TECH MAHINDRA with an average salary of 4 Lakhs per year. The placements in ECE, EE, and IT are similar to CSE. Not many Civil students get jobs at UDB Jaipur. The rest of the students focus on preparing for the GATE exam.
Campus: The college's infrastructure is amazing, and the environment is super fresh. The campus has Wi-Fi, a big central lawn, and nice classrooms with good seating. Unfortunately, there's no medical facility on campus. They have all kinds of sports, indoor and outdoor, and the labs are well-equipped. The canteen is small but has affordable stuff. I'd recommend staying in a private hostel nearby for accommodation.

Admission: The faculty here is terrible. They don't know how to help us plan our careers. They pretty much leave us to figure things out on our own. It's hard to make decisions about our future when they don't give us any guidance. The course curriculum is lacking too. We have to study for exams all on our own.
Placement: The college doesn't really help with placements, they just focus on getting us our degrees. They talk about placements only when we're joining the college, but it's all about making money. We end up with degrees but don't really know how to use them.
Campus: The campus doesn't have Wi-Fi, and the labs seem empty. Classrooms feel like school ones. There's no library or medical help. Sports events happen once a year. Nowhere to chill during breaks.

Admission: The teachers at our college are awesome! They really know their stuff and teach really well. About 80% of students pass their classes. The teachers also help us get better by arranging seminars and events every week.
Placement: I heard that about 200 students got jobs on-campus recently. The highest salary package offered was 28 LPA, and the average was 6 LPA. Some big companies like Infosys, Croma, and HCL came to hire students. They also offer 6-month internships for CSE and EE students.
Campus: The hostel here is awesome! It's got great facilities and Wi-Fi in all the important places like labs, classrooms, and the library. Plus, there are 4 different mess halls to grab a bite to eat. The food in the canteen is top-notch and there's even medical help nearby. And hey, don't forget about the sports ground where you can have a blast playing games!

Admission: I really liked this college because they offer both B.Tech and M.Tech courses. The facilities for both courses are pretty good. It's cool that both programs are approved by AICTE, Delhi, and Rajasthan Technical University. Overall, I had a great experience here.
Placement: The job opportunities for M.Tech students here are not as good as for B.Tech students. B.Tech students seem to be getting good placements, but M.Tech students are struggling. The college is approved by AICTE and RTU.
Campus: The college has really cool labs and classrooms. The building is huge and painted in green. There's a big sports ground with green grass and a basketball court. The canteen is big too. The computer labs are also really spacious. The college has all the facilities we need. The infrastructure is way better than other colleges in Jaipur.
