Bhima Bhoi Medical College and Hospital (BBMCH) Balangir, established in 2018, is owned by the government, affiliated with Odisha University of Health Sciences, and recognised by the National Medical Commission. Located on 27 acres near the Gandhamardhana Hills, BBMCH has a 300-bed teaching hospital five kilometres from the college campus. The college’s programs include the MBBS and diploma courses. To be eligible for MBBS admission to Bhima Bhoi Medical College and Hospital, Balangir, candidates must have completed 10+2 with a minimum 50% mark in physics, chemistry, and biology and attain the minimum age of 17 years by December 31 of the admission year.
