Students who missed the cut-offs in previous counseling are advised to wait for the other rounds. The cut-off pattern has been decreased in the later rounds of counseling. Up to the 7th round of counseling, the cut-offs are mentioned for postgraduate courses.

Central University of Karnataka PhD Cut-Offs
The university has defined some specific criteria for PhD admissions. These are:
- Students have to register through the SAMARTH portal from their official website.
- Candidates with good scores in UGC-NET JRF, GATE , CSIR, ICMR, or equivalent exams are eligible.
- Candidates who have owned a DST-INSPIRE/state/national fellowship are eligible for the program.
