The Career Development Centre (CDC) at IES University has implemented an effective placement mechanism. This, among other things, helps sustainability in student-employer relationships. The university keeps an outstanding record when it comes to placements where more than 80% of students are placed in various companies. Over the past few years, record number of over 850 job offers were extended by over 135 companies including the likes of TCS, Capgemini and Infosys. The highest salary package offered to the graduates was at INR 21 LPA, while the average package was at around INR 5.5 LPA. The University institution organizes a number of training sessions, sessions on issues addressing personality development and even conduct mock interviews for the students geared towards the competitive job market. The CDC further invites industry captains for guest lectures and industry events on a regular basis which enables the enhancement of the course contents with applicability to the present needs in the job market. Internships

IES University aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical work by offering different internship opurtunities during the course/ session. The university is actively working with some companies to organize internships in specific areas for students. Furthermore, it is important to mention that internships are classified as paid or unpaid, generally, quite a few stipends fall between INR 10,000 to INR 35,000 per month.

During the year 2023, the institution worked in partnership with 21 companies in terms of offering internship opportunities to the students with an average salary of 15000 Indian Rupees and a high of 35000 rupees. Such experiential learning not only adds weight to the students' CVs, it also prepares them for active engagement after graduation.
