University of Kalyani offers financial assistance to meritorious and economically backwards class students. The Merit Scholarship offered at University of Kalyani is for students who have secured 60% marks in aggregate and must have 75% attendance, and the Merit Cum Means Scholarship is for those who have secured 55% marks in aggregate with 75% attendance. Indira Gandhi Single Child is an award worth INR 20,000 per year to a single child for PG courses.
