Maharaja Krishna Chandra Gajapati Medical College (MKCGMC) currently offers Medical courses at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. At undergraduate level, the college offers a MBBS program while at postgraduate level college provides MD and MS programs.

The college offers the four and half year MBBS course with one-year compulsory rotating internship in affiliated hospitals to a maximum of 250 students per year.
