Rajalakshmi Engineering College's dynamic and effective Training & Placement Cell is dedicated to closing the knowledge gap between academia and business. This unit works really hard to ensure that students are prepared for the demands of the competitive job market. The comprehensive training programs ensure that students possess not only the technical capabilities but also the soft skills required in the workplace. These include technical skill upgrading, aptitude training, and personality development. The consistent growth in the number of students placed at Rajalakshmi Engineering College is evidence of the high quality of teaching and effectiveness of the placement initiatives. A total of 1,570 offers were made during the placements in 2024, while 1,640 offers were made during the 2023 placements. At least 282 companies visited the institution.
