SJPI offers a two-year, full-time MBA program at the postgraduate level, specialising in Finance, Marketing, and Human Resource Management. The program follows the GTU curriculum and admits graduates with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST). The annual intake is 120 students plus 15 EWS seats. The course fee is INR 1,23,900 per year, payable semester-wise. Hostel accommodation is available on a twin-sharing basis, with non-AC rooms at INR 40,000 per year and AC rooms at INR 30,000 per year, excluding food and electricity charges.

The admission process at NICM-SJPI is straightforward and merit-based, with 135 MBA seats (120 regular and 15 EWS) filled through the ACPC process—no separate management quota. Candidates must fill out the enquiry form on the institute’s website, appear for the CMAT exam, and visit the campus for guidance. After purchasing the ACPC PIN, applicants register on the ACPC portal and verify their documents at the institute. They participate in the ACPC mock round, prioritise their choices, and, if allotted a seat, pay the token fees and report to the campus with required documents. Once confirmed, students can begin classes at NICM-SJPI.

Step-by-Step Admission Procedure

1. Visit the institute’s website and complete the admission inquiry form.
2. Register and take the CMAT entrance examination.
3. Visit the institute in person for any guidance or counselling.
4. Buy the PIN required to participate in the ACPC (Admission Committee for Professional Courses) process.
5. Create the profile and register on the ACPC portal.
6. Get the documents verified at the institute, which also acts as a help centre.
7. Take part in the ACPC mock round and select the preferred colleges.
8. If the allotted preferred college in the mock round, prioritise it in the first round.
9. Pay the token fees as per the admission guidelines.
10. Immediately report to NICM-SJPI with all original and photocopy documents.
