CMAT 2027 exam date has been announced by NTA. As per the notification, the exam will be conducted on February 7, 2027. The CMAT 2027 registration form is expected to be released by the 2nd or 3rd week of October 2026. The registration will be conducted for around 1.5 months. CMAT 2027 is a national level exam conducted by NTA for admission to over 1300 AICTE approved MBA colleges India. CMAT 2027, also known as the Common Management Admission Test, will be conducted in CBT (computer based test) mode across 120+ test cities in India.

• CMAT 2027 exam will be conducted for a total duration of 3 hours. There will be total 100 questions divided equally across 5 sections.
• The exam will be conducted for a total of 400 marks, with 20 questions carrying 80 marks in each of the five sections.
• Candidates who have qualified for a bachelor’s degree in any discipline are eligible for CMAT 2027 exam.
• CMAT 2027 registration dates will be released soon on the official website at cmat.nta.nic.in.
• The registration fee is INR 2,500 for General male candidates and INR 1,250 for General female/ reserved category candidates.
• There is no official passing cutoff for CMAT. The selection of candidates is done on the basis of CMAT percentile score independently.

In CMAT 2026, a total of 53,453 candidates registered for the exam, including 25,513 female candidates, 27,938 male candidates, and 3 candidates from the third gender category. Out of the registered candidates, 41,872 candidates appeared for the examination. Meanwhile, CMAT 2025 recorded 74,012 registered candidates, of whom 63,145 appeared for the examination.

What is CMAT 2027 Exam?

The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a national-level entrance test conducted by NTA every year. Through this exam, candidates can get admission into AICTE affiliated/ participating institutions for admission to MBA/ PGDM programmes. CMAT 2027 exam will be conducted by NTA in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. Through this exam, candidates will be evaluated across sections like Quantitative Techniques and Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning. Every year 40,000-60,000 appear for CMAT exam.

• NTA is responsible for registration of candidates, conducting the test, releasing the answer key, and declaring the result. However, NTA is not responsible for admission to participating colleges.

CMAT Eligibility Criteria 2027

• The Confirmation Page of the online Application Form will be generated only after successful payment by the Candidate.

CMAT Admit Card 2027

The CMAT admit card 2027 is expected to be released in January 2027. The admit card will be released online by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on the official CMAT website. Candidates who successfully complete the application process will be able to download their admit card by logging in with their application number and password/date of birth, as specified by NTA. CMAT Cutoff 2027
