Sophia College for Women provides four undergraduate programs: BA, B.Sc, B.Sc (IT), and BMM, each with a different specialization. Sophia College for Women provides M.Sc programs in four different specializations at the postgraduate level. To apply, students must have at least 50% aggregate marks in their graduation (10+2+3). Sophia College for Women also provides diploma and certification courses for students. At the undergraduate level, there is the DCA (Diploma in Clinical Analysis). Postgraduate students can pursue the PGDQA (Post Graduate Diploma in Quality Assurance), as well as the Certification in Laboratory Management (CLM).
Students pursuing DCA must have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant subject. PGDQA requires a B.Sc. degree, whereas CLM requires a B.Sc., M.Sc., DCA, or DMLT certificate.
Admission to these courses requires an interview.

Sophia College enrolled 723 and 741 students in its three-year undergraduate degree programs from 2018-19 to 2019-20, respectively.By 2020-21 and 2021-22, 567 and 596 students have completed their graduations, respectively. Out of them, 188 students from 2018-19 and 21 from 2019-20 were hired at median wages of INR 300,000 and INR 478,000, respectively. In addition, 76 and 48 students pursued higher education, respectively. 35 students were admitted to the 2-year postgraduate degree program in 2019-20 and 2020-21, respectively. By 2020-21 and 2021-22, 34 students have finished their degrees per year. Of these, 18 students from 2019-20 and 12 from 2020-21 were placed with median incomes of INR 240,000 and INR 192,000, respectively, while one student from 2020-21 chose to pursue further studies.
