SBS trains, coaches, and mentors to help its students face the outside world during the course of the degree itself for a secure future in entrepreneurship, a family business or employment in the corporate world.
They have a fully equipped training and placement team that handles all types of interview sessions. Their department also organises different activities to teach out students recruited in campus interviews, during Umeed Job Fest, and through off-campus placements-depending on the needs of industry and the interest of students.
SBS students are offered three types of exposure leading to final placement at the end of their degree program:
- Summer internships program (1 to 2 months after 2nd and 4th semesters):
- Summer internship helps young students to gain firsthand experience in a particular industry. It also helps them to gain more industry exposure to market requirements.
- The internship often results in pre-placement offers and live projects for the students
- Live projects:
- Students got the opportunity to to work on live projects on their interested fields.
- Final placements ( starts in final semester):-
- Final placement opportunities takes place by the best organisations in India, visiting campus year after year.
- The placement cell organises for students workshops covering tops on resume building, mock group discussions & personal interview sessions.
Since its inception in 2004, SBS has had a noteworthy placement record. More than 250 local, national, and multinational companies visited our campus and our students were placed in good companies in different areas like Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Consumer Durable, FMCG, Retail, E-Commerce, Manufacturing, BFSI, IT & ITES, etc.
PIBM students are offered jobs in top profiles such as Investment Banking, Equity Research, and Broking, Banking, Corporate Finance, Business Analysis, Digital Marketing, Channel Management, Retail Management, Generalist HR, Recruitment & Section, Operations, Analysts, and many more.
