SBS requires resources to attract qualified and experienced faculty, develop state-of-the-art facilities at campus, develop library facilities and dedicated wireless broadband facilities for the computer centre, etc., and last but not least earmark funds for undertaking research and scholarships for meritorious students.

As a prelude to starting an autonomous, full-tile, job-oriented Post Graduation Diploma in Management (PGDM), at our new campus, we experimented with a new pedagogy in two short-term certificate programs in Management (CPM) in collaboration with a big business house in Ludhiana.

• The SBS, basic emphasis was on developing positive attitude & management skills. We adopted an innovative teaching-learning methodology.
• The pre-lunch hours were dedicated to classroom teaching & post-lunch hours were utilised for activities such as case studies, role-playing, creative thinking, student presentation, discussions & group activities, which helped in self learning & developing communication & presentation skills.
• Interactions with guest faculty from the industry on a regular basis helped students gain practical wisdom in various areas of management.
• The students of were readily taken by reputed companies like Vardman, ICICI Bank, Abhishek industries, OIL, Larson & Turbo and others

Their Degree Programs are Affiliated to UGC-approved NAAC accredited Government Universities.

Online application process:-

The SBS Ludhiana application is available online, seeking candidates can apply for their desired courses as per the SBS eligibility criteria for the course.

• Those students who want to be admitted to SBS College, need to register online on college's official website. They have to register themselves on the website by using their Gmail ID.

• After registering their Email ID on the website they got the OTP for verification.

They have a fully equipped training and placement team that handles all types of interview sessions. their department also organises different activities to teach out students the Do’s and Don’ts of the interview process. Their mission is to get most students recruited in campus interviews, during Umeed Job Fest, and through off-campus placements- depending on the needs of industry and the interest of students.

SBS students are offered three types of exposure leading to final placement at the end of their degree program:
