Apollo University Admission process 2024

The Apollo University admission to all courses, except BTech is merit-based. Any candidate wishing to get admission to the BTech course has to appear in the Kalviness Quotient (KQ) Challenge. For other courses, admission will be made on the basis of merit secured in the qualifying exam. For any interested candidate, there is an application form for admission in Apollo University, which is only available through the official website.

The Apollo University offers twenty-seven courses through its four constituent schools at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The courses are available in various streams such as Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy, Management, Social work, Science etc.

How To Apply

  1. To initiate the admission process, visit the official portal and click on the 'Apply Now' button, starting your journey towards joining Apollo University.
  1. Fill in all the required information, and upon completion, submit the application for review. This step ensures that your details are carefully considered by the admission department.
  1. The admission department then processes the application, evaluating the information provided.

Apollo University scholarships 

All undergraduate and postgraduate programs are provided with scholarships at Apollo University based on academic merit and scores of JEE, NEET, and the state/board exams. The scholarship offered ranges from 10% to 100% of the tuition fees. Conditions for scholarships vary, including minimum attendance percentage, CGPA, and conduct. Extra scholarships are offered to children of employees in the Apollo Group and brothers/sisters of present and past students.

B.Tech Scholarships

  • Based on CBSE/ICSE: Up to 25% for 70% and above
  • Based on State Board: Up to 25% for 75% and above
  • Based on JEE Score: Up to 100% for 85% and above
