Hostel Admission Process
- Application Fee: The cost of the application form, including processing, is Rs.250. You can obtain the form from the Chief Warden's Office or download it from the university's website.
- Submission: Complete the application form with all required documents and submit it to the respective Faculty Office, signed by the Dean and Student Dean, before forwarding it to the Chief Warden's Office.
- Payment of Fees: Once the admission list is announced, students must pay the term fees and hall deposit at the Bank of Baroda, University Campus Branch. Payment should be made within 15 days to avoid cancellation of admission.
- Refund of Hall Deposit: The hall deposit will be refunded after the student leaves the hostel. If not collected within a year, the deposit will be forfeited.
