Those who enroll in a 3-Year BA in Geography learn about both the physical and human aspects of geography. Along with that, they do spatial analyses and also develop helpful skills. A BA in Geography program involves learning in the classroom, working outside, using GIS technology, and taking part in projects. During their training, students are expected to look at landscapes, examine how people and nature are linked, make maps, and interpret spatial data.

For the candidates who want to take admission in the BA Geography course need to go through the entrance exams first. The base eligibility criteria for the BA Geography is that the candidate must have completed their higher secondary education (10+2) with an aggregate of 50% marks. For students who want to take admission in Public Universities like Delhi University, Jamia Millia Islamia University, need to give their respective entrance exams. However, there are some private universities that take direct admission, like Sharda University, Parul University, etc. Some Private Universities like LPU, Chandigarh University also conduct University-level entrance exams to test the skills of the student.
