Master of Technology in Tool Engineering, or MTech in Tool Engineering, is a two-year postgraduate program divided into four semesters. It focuses on the design and development of the tools, dies, moulds, jigs and fixtures. The course mixes theoretical concepts with hands-on training in areas such as CAD/CAM, CNC programming, accurate machining, metrology and automation. MTech Tool Engineering Admission Process 2025

The R.V. College of Engineering includes the following admission process to pursue a course related to MTech in Tool Engineering:

 

Step 1: Complete the online application form available on the RVCE website. Make sure that all the necessary documents and information are provided accurately.

 

Step 2: After looking into all applications, RVCE will shortlist the qualified candidates. If any candidate does not have a valid GATE or PGCET score, they may need to appear for RVC admission tests.

 

Step 3: To proceed, provide your payment details to the cashier. Once the payment is done, the admission office will allow the candidate to complete the online application.

 

Step 4: After printing the application, sign it with your parents. After presenting the required documents to the Admission Authority, get an acknowledgment slip.

 

Step 5: To get the official receipt for fee payment, go to the cashier. Keep the receipt as proof for future payment and reference.

 

Step 6: A round of personal interview may be requested for some applicants. It is based on the selection body and the criteria of the program.
