How to Choose Colleges Accepting MAT Score?
Candidates should not shortlist an MBA college only because it accepts MAT. The MAT percentile requirement, programme, fees, placement record, location, accreditation, admission process and selection criteria should be compared before submitting an application. Some institutes may also conduct additional selection rounds such as a personal interview, group discussion or written assessment depending on their admission policy.
What After MAT September 2026 PBT?
Candidates who appeared for the September PBT today can begin preparing a shortlist while waiting for the scorecard. AIMA expects the September 2026 MAT score to be available by the last week of September 2026. The next MAT September CBT is scheduled for September 20, 2026, while registration for the CBT closes on September 14.
Candidates should also remember that MAT participation and admission are separate processes. A college being listed as a MAT participating institute does not automatically guarantee admission at a particular percentile. Candidates must meet the institute's eligibility and selection requirements and apply within its admission timeline.
