DSU Online exam pattern follows a strong, digitally secure examination framework, which ensures academic integrity and flexibility at all stages. Through external online assessment, students can take the exam from any location, powerful and original, while maintaining strict assessment standards and transparent results. In the DSU online, students can also see the sample certificate and understand the recognition and credibility recieved after graduation.

The university uses both proctored and non-proctored modes of examination depending on the course and subject.

Proctored (Remote)

Final term exams are conducted online via DSU’s secure LMS with online slot booking and digital proctoring, forming approximately 60% of the final grade. Students can take these remotely, ensuring flexibility and exam integrity

Non‑Proctored (Internal)

Ongoing internal assessments, such as quizzes, assignments, projects, and periodic tests, account for the remaining 40% of the final grade. These are administered through LMS to track continuous learning and progress.

The exams are designed to assess different learning outcomes and include a mix of theoretical and practical components.

  • Re-examination: Students who miss an exam or fail are eligible for the re-examination according to university norms. Additional fees can be used for this process.
