BA (Hons.) Fashion & Design
The BA (Hons.) Fashion & Design program at Chandigarh University Lucknow is a multidisciplinary & industry driven journey with core fashion designing courses, taught with exclusive training opportunities, global visual literacy & ethical practices. The program consists of a futuristic AI-integrated and industry driven curriculum with research, interdisciplinary collaboration & human centric approach with this program. Infrastructure
The University’s advanced facilities have tools, equipment, and labs that many students have not even imagined. Along with all this, the campus also has an industrial Juki sewing machine & other major testing equipment. This is not the end yet, CU-UP still has to mention the specialized labs like the garment construction lab, pattern making lab, textile & dyeing lab, printing lab & CAD lab. The program has many important courses and pointers for students, but few core courses build the foundation knowledge, such as fashion illustration, textile science, pattern making, garment construction & design studios. Along with all this, there are two important internships within the research house, export units & retail businesses to help students build a rock solid industry oriented portfolio.
