Admission: The teachers at college know their stuff well. They've got MBBS, MD/MS, and other degrees. Some even have B.Sc. and M.Sc. The faculty is great and knows their stuff. But we gotta put in the work ourselves. Exams happen like this: first end term, then midterm, pre-prof, and prof exams. The level of difficulty changes with each batch. You need to pass with at least 50% in theory and practicals.
Placement: AIIMS doesn't help with placements, but they do give us a UG degree. There are lots of options after getting that degree, like MD/MS, Non-Acad JR, UPSC CMS, Medical Officer, and more. I'm thinking of doing Derma MS or UPSC CMS, but that might change as I go through the course.
Campus: The college has a lot of rules to follow. The library doesn't work well, but Wi-Fi works everywhere. The labs are great and the classrooms are nice. If you're studying MBBS at AIIMS Bilaspur, you have to stay in the hostel. It costs 100 rupees, included in the 5856/-. There are 2 mess halls and some food stalls. You have to eat in the mess, but the food is just okay. That's normal for college food. Since we have to stay in the hostel, we can't rent a PG or room unless we get in trouble. The hostel is affordable and we share rooms with 1 bed, study table, chair, and almirah. The bathrooms are shared too.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and know their stuff. They've taught at top Indian schools before. The course content is up-to-date and makes sense. Exams are fair and most students pass with a 94-95% rate.
Placement: In our MBBS batch, there are around 100 students. The college pays us a stipend of about Rs. 30,000 per month for internships. After MBBS, our salary depends on our NEET PG score and the branch and college we get into, not on the medical college where we studied.
Campus: The college has awesome facilities like smart classrooms and a big library open from 9 AM to 9 PM. Wi-Fi works well all over campus. Food in the mess costs around Rs. 3,500 to Rs. 4,200 per month and is clean. They're still working on the sports areas in phase 2. The hostel rooms are nice and roomy with low fees.
