Admission: My admission experience at Andhra Medical College was positive overall. NEET counselling guidelines were clear, seat allotment was straightforward, and document verification was handled efficiently by helpful staff. Academic: Our teachers here are really good, super qualified and they teach with a lot of passion. They make sure students understand everything. Exams are not too hard, not too easy also. If you just go to classes daily and listen to what professors say, you can pass semester exams easily.

Placement: To get into this course, you need a good score in your board exams. Lots of hospitals offer internships here. Around 90% of students, like almost everyone, get eligible for these internships, and they come with a good salary package. After that, we are offered different job roles and salary packages, which vary for everyone.

Campus: Hostel life here is good, with nice facilities and accommodation right on campus. Inside our hostel, we get many things like a gym, dance classes, proper Wi-Fi, and a library too. The food quality is also good, and they don't put any limits on how much we can eat. Also, they have sports events in the hostel, so everyone gets a chance to show their talents.

Admission: Admission at Andhra Medical College felt systematic. Getting into the merit list was the first big relief, and after that the counselling and verification process moved smoothly. Staff were approachable during registration, and the overall joining process felt easy to manage.

Academic: At our college, the teachers, who are actually top-qualified doctors, are super helpful and know so much. Their teaching quality is good too. The course curriculum is very relevant and useful for us. When it comes to exams, the semester ones are moderate, and usually, 50% students pass. But remember, you will need to learn most of the stuff on your own here.

Placement: In my experience here, all the students who finished their studies got placed. The main roles offered from our course are in the doctor profession. Talking about salary, the highest package was 4 Lacs a year, the lowest was 1 LPA, and the average package came to 3 LPA. It's good because almost all my classmates are now working as qualified doctors.

Campus: I like about our college is that we have all the facilities like good labs, and every department has its own library and Wi-Fi. The hostel, even though it's an old building, is totally fine, and we have our own mess there where the food quality is quite good. Also, they really push for sports here, and the medical facilities provided are pretty solid.

Placement: I am Krishna Manohar and I'm in my 3rd year here at Andhra Medical College, part of the 2022 batch. Our college offers quite a few courses like MBBS UG, PG courses, and even 16 super specialty courses. Each year, 250 students are admitted, mostly those who get top ranks in NEET UG statewide. When it comes to seats, 85% are for students from Andhra Pradesh, and the remaining 15% are for the all-India quota.

Campus: The hostel facilities here are just average because it's a government place. But don't worry, the maintenance everywhere is really good. Our campus infrastructure is actually very nice. We have a big library with AC, and even our classrooms have AC and lots of space to sit. Plus, at the hostel, there's a huge playground and courts for games like badminton, basketball, and volleyball. Overall, the facilities are pretty good.

Admission: The competition was intense, but once selected, the process at Andhra Medical College felt organised. Counselling took time, but document verification at the college was surprisingly well-managed. Registration after seat allotment was quick, reducing stress.

Academic: Our college teachers are super helpful, seriously. All of them are really experienced in their subjects, and their teaching is quite good. We should definitely try to get all the knowledge we can from them. Also, just a heads up, each academic year here has two semesters.

Placement: It is quite hard to get admission into our college. This course is for five and a half years, and it's really difficult, so you have to work very hard to succeed. We get good practical experience here, especially because King George Hospital is connected to our college. Plus, our college has many different departments.

Campus: The college has hostels for both boys and girls, kept separate which is nice. We also get good medical facilities whenever needed. Our classrooms are decent, but some are getting fixed up and renovated right now. I'm expecting them to look much better and more modern after this. Oh, and for keeping us active, they have lots of good sports activities too.

Our teachers are very well-trained and they are also good with students, so the teaching quality is excellent. The semester exams are always planned out properly, and how tough they are really just depends on how much you prepare for them. For the top courses, this college is best for neurology and cardiology.

Placement: Around 250 students join this course every year. Good news is, almost 95% of us students here get internships. Since we're medical students, after our UG, we typically do PG and then start working in our chosen department right at this hospital. The salary you get really depends on which department you choose to go into.

Campus: Our labs are really well-equipped, and for sports, all courts are good for playing many games. The college infrastructure is quite good overall. Because it's an old college, the rooms, both in the main building and the hostel, are a bit old and not the best, but students can easily get used to it. The food available here is good, and we also have a canteen.

Admission: My admission through NEET state counselling went well. Online registration was smooth, though campus document verification took time because of the crowd. Still, staff were supportive, and the final admission formalities were handled clearly.

Academic: College has a lot of teachers who are very good and qualified. Especially in the gynecology department, the teachers are just the best. The course syllabus is being updated these days, and it's getting a little tough for us. Our exams are held yearly, and they are pretty hard. But even with hard exams, the pass rate doesn't change much.

Placement: Our college is actually the oldest one around. For students doing their undergraduate course here, the main thing on their minds is cracking the PG entrance exams and getting admission in a good college. Many of our students do get into really good PG colleges, though it might take a bit of effort and time. This college is considered the best in Andhra Pradesh for helping students get into these higher study programs.

Campus: The hostel here is pretty old and the infrastructure is not that good, like it needs a lot of fixing. We face water leakage when it rains a lot, which is a big problem. However, the vibe and environment inside the hostel are actually quite good and pleasant despite all this. Honestly, not just the hostel but even the classrooms desperately need a full renovation.

Admission: Overall, the admission process at Andhra Medical College was systematic and student-friendly. Counselling rounds were clear, verification was thorough, and staff support made joining the college simple and comfortable.

Academic: How good our teachers are. They are all very qualified and know everything about their subjects. Also, the course we study is super relevant and makes us ready for everything. They always give us enough important topics to learn which are really useful.

Placement: Students who pass out from here get good knowledge and their personality also becomes very good, all thanks to our college which is the best in the state. For our particular course, there are no job placements or package offers. This is because everything depends on competitive exams we need to qualify. Because of this, we become more mature and understand what is truly important for our career, helping us stay focused.

Campus: College has really good hostel facilities. But yeah, the infrastructure isnt that great, maybe because it's a government medical college. Also, we dont have any Wi-Fi here. Still, I feel the college is good overall, and it helps us get strong both physically and mentally.

Academic: In my experience here, our teachers are really good. Most of them are doctors or have done their PG, so they know a lot and are always on time for classes. For each topic, different PG teachers handle it, which is nice because everyone has a different way of teaching. The practicals we do are awesome. Just remember, exams are held at other places, not in our college building itself.

Placement: Interns get a super good deal here. You can help surgeons in departments like general surgeries, which is awesome. In my batch, there are about 250 students. Most of us, and also our teachers, are from local areas. Only the teachers who did their post-graduation are not local. After we finish this course, we have to clear another step to get a higher degree.

Campus: Our college has really good infrastructure, and the labs are also good. The hostels here have a gym, but the food is just okay. We have three canteens, and one of them even has a separate room just for medical students. All the departments are in different buildings. Overall, it's a good college because the professors and doctors are very educated.

Academic: The curriculum for our course is set by NMC. Our teachers are very good; they give us proper info and guide us nicely. Interestingly, my batch didn't even have to write any semester exams. I really have no clue about the pass percentage.

Placement: From my experience here, after you complete this course, every student must do an internship. This internship happens at the hospital which is attached to our college. For this, all students get the same stipend. We dont really hear about any highest or lowest salary packages being offered. To do your PG after the internship, you'll need to write an entrance exam.

Campus: At our college, the hostel rooms are quite good and the food served there is very tasty. The washrooms are kept super neat and clean always. We also have a recreation room, a learning room, and a gym for students. Plus, anyone can play sports daily from 4 PM to 5 PM. Our classrooms are also good, they have air-conditioners, fans, and proper lights.

Academic: The teaching here is quite good. Our faculty members are very enthusiastic, and they really try to make sure we learn everything well. They mostly teach us by showing PPTs and explaining from them. We follow the CBME curriculum. Also, the semester exams are a bit harder than the final government exams, which is actually good because it gets us ready for the big ones.

Placement: Our college has really good stipends. Like, for internships, we get around 20k, and for PG, it goes up to 50k. This is way higher than what other colleges offer, which is a big advantage. Most students here get placed in PG, but the course you get totally depends on how much effort you put in and how well you study during your time here. Also, many of our college alumni are successful doctors, some even settled abroad.

Campus: College is super old, like 100 years, so some parts of the buildings look a bit weird. But don't worry, many classrooms and labs are newly done up and look good now. The hostel food was really tasty, and the rooms were fine, you can adjust. Plus, our girls hostel had everything – an indoor ground, library, gym, and even a TV room. Fees for everything were also quite okay.
