  • The exam is online, with 100 multiple choice questions, covering English, General Knowledge, Hospitality & Tourism, Reasoning & Logical Deduction and Scientific/Numerical Ability.

  • Pay an application fee of INR 1,000 online

Eligibility Criteria

Category I

  • Children of Army Personnel who have served the Army with a minimum of 10 years of continuous service in the Army.
  • Children of Ex-Army personnel who have taken discharge or release after 10 years of service.
  • Children of Ex-Army personnel who have been granted a regular pension, liberalized family pension or disability pension at the time of their superannuation, demise, discharge or medical release.

Category II

  • Adopted children if the adoption took place at least five years before seeking admission.
  • Stepchildren are eligible if they are born from a marriage where at least one parent belonged to the Army.

Category III

  • Wards of Ex-Army Medical Corps Officers/Army Dental Corps Officers presently serving with the Indian Navy or Indian Air Force, who have served in the Army for at least 10 years.
  • Children of APS Personnel who have put in 5 years of service in the Army.
  • Children of APS Personnel directly recruited into APS and who have completed 5 years of service.
  • Children of MNS personnel with 5 years of service as regular members or in receipt of a pension from the Army.
  • Children of TA Personnel who have completed 5 years of embodied service.
