Admission: The teachers at this college really know their stuff. They teach us well and prepare us for real-world work. The course content is on point, covering both theory and hands-on skills. Good quality teaching overall!
Placement: The college has a good placement rate of about 57%. The lowest salary offered is 1.50 LPA, and the highest is 5.6 LPA. Big companies like Amazon, Google, and IBM come for hiring. Almost half the students get internships every year. So, if you aim to be a software engineer, this college is a good choice.
Campus: Our college has good infrastructure. Each subject in our course has its own lab, and we have Jio Wi-Fi everywhere. The classrooms are in good shape. The hostel management is also pretty good. The food in the mess is okay. Medical facilities are just okay too. We have a gym to exercise, and there are good facilities for sports and games.

Admission: Dealing with exams is tough, especially for engineering. The passing rate isn't that great either.
Placement: The placement rate here is okay, around 57%. Salaries start at 1.50 LPA and go up to 5.6 LPA. Big companies like Amazon, Google, and IBM hire from this course.
Campus: The facilities and hostels are great for the price you pay. The college has 9 institutes and around 11,000 students studying different subjects. The campus is modern with top-notch research facilities.

Admission: Some of the teachers here are really nice and helpful. I mostly liked the faculty, but not everyone. Some teachers were not great, especially when they taught boring subjects like math and FM. The only class I enjoyed was engineering drawing. Overall, only a few teachers are really good here. The rest seem unsure of themselves.
Placement: I didn't get many chances as a Diploma student here. Honestly, it's the worst college I've ever seen. I have no clue about the exact percentage needed to get in. But if you have a high percentage, you'll probably get a job after. It's your call if you want to pick this college.
Campus: I'm not a fan of the college's setup. The chairs are torn, and there's not enough ventilation in the classrooms, which makes it tough to focus during lectures. The labs are never cleaned like they should be, and the library doesn't have enough books. Even with around 50-60 students in each class, it's hard to find the books you need in the library.

Admission: The teachers here are awesome and the courses are well-planned. They really know their stuff and are super supportive. Also, we have this cool Tech Fest every year that's a blast!
Placement: The college really helps students find jobs after graduation. They offer great opportunities for good-paying jobs. The professors also help students improve their communication skills, which is important for getting a job anywhere. Overall, students don't have to worry about finding a job after attending this college.
Campus: Our college is great for students and teachers. We get free Wi-Fi, which is awesome because it doesn't feel like an old-fashioned college. There's a big playground for sports, and the classrooms and labs are top-notch. Love it here!

Admission: The teachers here have a lot of experience, but the way they teach isn't great. We don't get much hands-on learning, and there's no real-world experience given to us. Some teachers don't even seem to know their own subjects well. It's tough to finish the course sometimes because some teachers aren't that serious.
Placement: The mechanical branch doesn't have many job opportunities. It feels like a waste of time and money. Hardly any companies come to campus for placements. The college doesn't really help students find jobs. Getting a job with a degree from BGIET is tough. Even off-campus placements are a struggle.
Campus: The college is okay when it comes to buildings and stuff. It's on the highway between Chandigarh and Bathinda, close to Sangrur district. The location is pretty good overall.

Admission: The professors aren't great. The course doesn't teach useful stuff. The teaching is bad because they don't pay the teachers well. The lab instructors don't even know how to connect cables to an Oscilloscope.
Placement: The placements here are not great. Companies do come to the college, but there's no help for us to get ready for interviews. The pay they offer is around 1.20 lakhs per year. But if you do get a job, you might end up getting kicked out or realize the company is a scam.
Campus: The labs here are okay, not too hard. They have a medical center and a library. The classrooms aren't super high-tech. The teachers are just okay, not the best. The buildings are nice, but overall this college is just okay. The students here don't seem to have much skill or technical knowledge. They don't really try to improve education here, just focus on lectures. Lectures help with exams, but we come to learn practical stuff too.

Admission: The teachers here are a mixed bag. Some are really helpful, but others act like they're rocket scientists. Most of them are working on their Ph.D. at this college. In my class, there were around 80 students, so the teacher-to-student ratio was about 80:1.
Placement: I didn't get placed from college because most companies that come here are from Chandigarh, and they mostly offer support roles. But I wanted to work as a software developer in Bangalore. So, I'm happy that I'm now working in Bangalore as a full stack developer.
Campus: I really like the library here, it's well-equipped just like a government building. There's a library, Engineering building, Polytechnic building, Nursing building, two hostels, faculty residence, basketball court, and a playground for playing football and carrom. It's all good.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and know their stuff. They teach well and the course content prepares us for the industry. The exams are not too hard, and most students pass. It's a good place to learn!
Placement: Most students get placed, which is awesome. They offer a decent salary package of around 50 LPA, which is pretty cool. Companies like Ambuja come every year to hire students, which is great for getting job opportunities. A good number of students also get internships, which is a nice bonus. Verka seems to be the top company that hires students from our college.
Campus: The facilities for our course are pretty good. We've got Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library. The hostel facilities are nice too. Food is good and they switch it up every day. Sports facilities are cool, and they've got medical help too.

Admission: The teachers are pretty good, but they talk in Punjabi which can be hard for non-locals to follow. Some teachers really know their stuff. We didn't get much exposure to industry during my time there. Some teachers are helpful, but the management doesn't really support the students. It feels like they're just focused on making money. The courses are okay, but it's tough to grasp in Punjabi. The annual festival only lasts for one day.
Placement: The placements at our college aren't great. They mostly have BPO or customer service companies coming for placements. We don't see many core companies or technical jobs. Only about 10% of students get placed each year. The highest salary offered is around 5 to 6 lakhs per year. There's a placement cell, but it's not very helpful.
Campus: The classrooms are decently sized. There are a few labs, but the equipment isn't that great. We could really use more teachers. The Wi-Fi on campus is a bit iffy. The canteen is basic, but the food is tasty. The hostel rooms are okay, but sometimes the cooler acts up. Just a heads up, you might get fined for things that aren't your fault. I had some problems during my time at the college, like with the Wi-Fi, teachers, and projects.

Admission: The teachers here are super smart and really helpful. They come from top Universities and know their stuff. We get to do hands-on stuff in the labs and even go to different industries for more real-life experience. The way they teach is awesome they use slides and give us assignments to make learning easy.
Placement: The placements here are pretty good. Amazon came to campus in 2013 and hired a bunch of students. HCL also came between 2010-2012 and hired many students too. They really look out for deserving candidates here, which is great.
Campus: The college has great infrastructure with full Wi-Fi coverage. The classrooms are close by and well-maintained. The library has lots of books from top authors. It's one of the top 10 colleges in Punjab. The hostel rooms are clean, and they serve hygienic food. The canteen offers high-quality food, and there's filtered water available for students.
