BMS Institute of Technology & Management, Bengaluru provides many scholarships categorized under government agencies, private agencies, and the BMS Education Trust. Government scholarships include Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates with parental income of up to INR 10 lakhs, defence personnel candidates, backward community students, and minority communities (Muslim, Sikh, Parsi, Jain, Christian).

 

Merit-based MHRD Scholarship is available to students on the basis of their performance; additionally, several schemes are also available through the National Scholarship Portal. In case of private agencies, students have the opportunity to get the Jindal Scholarship and other trust, society, and company-based financial aid as per their selection criteria for sanction of scholarships.

 

Additionally, BMSITM uses various merit-cum-means scholarships for students, including B M Sreenivasaiah Scholarship (Parental income of up to INR 1,50,000) and B S Narayan Memorial Scholarship (INR 4,50,000), through BMS Education Trust, ensuring different grounds for selection.
