The University reserves the right to decline the scholarship application if the applicant fails to provide any required supporting documents. The announcement of the scholarship comes with the Admission Offer Letter, but the disbursal of the amount is made one month after the semester/lectures commence. CEPT University Scholarships- Documents Required
The documents required for CEPT University scholarship applications include:
- Income Tax Returns of all earning family members for the last two years, along with detailed income computation.
- If Income Tax Returns are not filed, an annual family income certificate will be issued by the appropriate government authority.
- Form 16/Salary Certificate from the employer for salaried parents for the last two years.
- Audited balance sheet and profit & loss account for business income, if applicable.
- List of immovable properties and investments owned by the family with approximate market value.
- Bank statements for the last six months.
- Annual Information Statement (AIS) (part of Form 26AS) for the relevant financial years.
- Students must state that they are not receiving any other government/private scholarships or grants.
- Family income declaration by parents/guardians via affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper.
- Copy of bank passbook or a blank crossed cheque (account must be in the student's name).
- Details of educational expenses of siblings and any government/other help they receive.
Receipt of fee payment for the last semester/year attended at the previous institution.
All documents should be uploaded in PDF format during the online application process. Missing any mandatory documents may result in rejection of the scholarship application.
