Hostel bookings are made for the entire academic session, ensuring students have a stable living environment from July 1st to June 30th each year.

CGC - Booking and Payment Policy
Hostel allocation at CGC is done for the entire academic session, not on a semester basis. Students can secure their hostel accommodation in advance by paying a non-refundable deposit of at least Rs 10,000, as per the prevailing guidelines. The full hostel fee for the academic year must be paid prior to occupying the hostel room, except when special permission is granted by management. In such cases, the parents or guardians must submit a written undertaking in the form of an affidavit, as specified in the hostel rulebook.
CGC - Academic Session Duration
The academic year at CGC commences on 1st July and concludes on 30th June. It is divided into two semesters: July to December and January to June.
