Initially, the institution introduced a scholarship program in 2021, with a budget of INR 5 Crore, benefiting 400+ students. Now, for the academic year 2026–27, CGC University Mohali is offering scholarships worth INR 50 Crore.

 

The CGCUET Scholarship includes a two-stage examination process with day-wise slots, and it's tailored to assist students aspiring to pursue Engineering, Management, Commerce, Law, Computer Application, Journalism, and Sciences courses at CGC University.

CGC University Scholarship Progression Guidelines

Students must adhere to certain guidelines to ensure the continuation of their scholarship. These guidelines include maintaining discipline, acceptable behavior, and satisfactory academic performance with no backlogs. If a student decides to discontinue their studies, they must return the scholarship money they were awarded, along with the cost of completed semesters. The scholarship period is one year and can be renewed based on student performance.
