City College Jayanagar Reviews & Ratings 2026 – Authentic Student Feedback

Admission: The teachers at our college are really helpful. They do a quiz twice a year, which helps us learn more. Sometimes they don't take us on industry visits, but it's not a big deal. We get along well with the teachers.

Placement: Most of us from our course found jobs after graduating. The starting salary is around 40K per month. Big companies like Aditya Birla and Kotak come for campus placements. The faculty really supports us during this time.

Campus: The college doesn't have Wi-Fi or a canteen, but the classrooms are nice. The library is okay, but there aren't enough books. They do have a medical facility for students. We have sports events twice a year with prizes for the winners. It's a shame we don't have a campus though.

Admission: The teachers at our college are really smart and have a lot of experience. They go above and beyond to help us with whatever we need. They encourage us to get involved in lots of different activities outside of class. The classes are great and teach us everything we need to know for the real world.

Placement: The college has companies like Infosys, Wipro, Concentrix, and DXC Technologies coming for recruitment every year. They hire around half of the students, which is cool. The salary they offer isn't great, but the companies do help us grow. Most students get placed, thanks to our seniors. Unfortunately, our batch missed out on placements due to COVID-19. But we did get a lot of internship opportunities during our studies.

Campus: The college looks small from outside, but inside it's got everything we need. The facilities are top-notch, even though there's no canteen. I like how easy it is to get around the small campus.

Admission: The teachers at this college are super supportive and friendly. They help us out and cheer us on from day one in our department. The coaching they give us is top-notch, with really experienced and qualified teachers. The teaching here is really great.

Placement: The placements here are great! Around 80% of us got jobs in big companies, and everyone gets an internship. We have IT, banking, finance, and retail firms coming to hire us. The only downside is the salaries are a bit on the lower side, so you might have to settle for less.

Campus: The campus is really nice and kept clean. The lab has all the stuff you need. It's a great place to study and get creative. You can find parking easily. They have a lot of events going on. There are different centers for stuff like sports and student clubs. It's a good place to be!

Admission: I've been here for a while now, and it seems like the faculty changes every 6 months or so for MBA students. It's kind of frustrating because there isn't really anyone in charge to help us with our questions. As for the teaching, it really varies depending on the teacher. Luckily, our MBA batch has had some really great and friendly lecturers.

Placement: I wouldn't recommend joining this city college. Placements and internships are not great here. They say they work with big companies like IBM, Infosys, TCS, and Accenture, but that's not always true. Sometimes lucky batches get job offers from companies with salaries ranging from 2.16Lakh to 3Lakh. My advice is to do some research before joining this college. Your parents believe in you, not the college. So, if you end up here, make sure to look for a job on your own before finishing your MBA.

Campus: The college's infrastructure is pretty good classrooms, projectors, library, and all that stuff are in development. They say they have computer labs, but we never actually used them during our classes.

Admission: The teachers here are awesome! They're really good at explaining things and super helpful when you have questions. Plus, they know their stuff  a lot of them have their MBA. They teach using PowerPoint, which makes learning easier. Overall, the quality of teaching is top-notch.

Placement: The job placements here are really great. Around 25-30 companies come to our college to hire students. About 60-70% of students end up getting jobs. The highest salary offered is 5 LPA, and the average is 1.8 LPA. Some of the top companies that hire here are Wipro, Infosys, and Concentrix.

Campus: The college has good infrastructure with separate rooms for PG students. The classrooms are nice too. We have Wi-Fi and a computer room. The library is big with lots of books. There's no canteen, but there are plenty of hotels around. And we've got all the sports equipment we need, like carrom and table tennis boards.

Admission: The teachers for all the courses are awesome! They have educational talks every month about our subjects. We also get reading materials and the course curriculum is top-notch. The teachers really work hard to help us succeed.

Placement: The placements at our college are top-notch. They really work hard to train us well for jobs. There are lots of training programs for final year students, so everyone has a good chance of getting placed.

Campus: The classrooms and labs at our college are really nice. They have all the tech and equipment we need for learning. The lab teachers are cool and helpful too. The campus has big buildings, wide tracks, and spacious corridors, which creates a good vibe for studying.

Admission: The teachers at this college are so nice and supportive. They're like family to me and they've helped me figure out my career path. They give great advice on what to do and what to avoid. Plus, they always cheer me on and have been a huge help with my MBA project.

Placement: Big shoutout to Manoj sir, our placement officer! He really guided me on how to rock interviews. He always pushed us to take part in campus placements when new companies came. Plus, he hooked us up with cool internships and trips to different companies. Much appreciated, sir!

Campus: Our college setup is pretty unique. It's right in the city center, but there aren't any dorms here. We have a sports day every year, which is cool. They really push us to get involved in sports, which is nice.

Admission: The teachers here are really knowledgeable and helpful. The exams aren't too tough. Overall, it's pretty good. But it might not get you totally ready for the real world. The passing rate is around 35%, and getting good grades can be tricky. It all comes down to how well you do.

Placement: Don't even think about going to this city college for placements. They talk about tie-ups with big companies like IBM, Infosys, and Accenture, but it's all just talk. If you end up here, you might get lucky and land a placement with a salary between 3 to 5 Lacs. But honestly, I'd say do your research before joining. It's better to find a job on your own than rely on this college for placements. Just a heads up from someone who's been there and done that.

Placement: In my class, there were about 30 of us. The highest salary was 50k, the average was 25k, and the lowest was 10k. Companies like Wipro, IBM, Infosys, HP, and Axis Bank hire a lot of us. About 40% of students did internships, and 50-60% got jobs with good pay based on their grades.

Campus: The college has all the facilities and equipment we need. It's not huge but it's good enough. It's in Bangalore, Jayanagar with easy access to transport like the metro. Plus, it's eco-friendly. The college also has great sports facilities for us to use.

Admission: The teachers are nice and easy to approach. The teaching could be improved a bit. The topics we study are practical. Some teachers can be hard to understand and their English is not always clear. But they really try hard to teach us well, which we appreciate.

Placement: Not a lot of students landed jobs in our course. Some top roles are order analyst, senior analyst, manager, and HR manager. Companies like Byju's, Amazon, Accenture, Kotak, 99 Acres, Havells, Apollo, Wipro, and Infosys hire from our course. They don't mention the salary package though.

Campus: The infrastructure here is pretty good. We don't have Wi-Fi, but the classrooms and library are nice. Unfortunately, there's no canteen or food options on campus. The classrooms are big, and the library is really good. So far, we've only had one sports event.
