DAV University Terms and Conditions
Discipline & Performance Requirement: Any student found involved in misconduct, indiscipline, or having a reappear/backlog will immediately lose the scholarship or concession. Recurring scholarships will be discontinued.
Document Verification: Scholarship approval is subject to verification of eligibility documents, certificates, and supporting records submitted within the required time frame.
Applicable Only for 2025 AdmissionsThe scholarship policy applies only to fresh admissions for the 2025 academic session and will not automatically continue in future academic years.
Programme Restrictions: Scholarships are not applicable to Short-Term Courses, Ph.D., SAP & Mechatronics programs. However, special fee concessions may be granted only upon written request and approval by the Core Committee.
No Early Bird Benefit Combination: Early Bird Benefit (EBB) will not apply to scholarships under categories M-11, M-22, DAVU-DAVU, or Sr. No. 8–13 and MoUs with armed forces.
Adjustment of Scholarship Amount: Scholarship or concession will be adjusted only in the third installment / even semester of the academic fee.
Last Date for Early Bird Benefit: Last date for eligibility under Early Bird Benefit was 31 May 2025. (INR 10,000 for Engineering & MBA / INR 2,000 for BA/MA Eng./MA Psychology/PG Diploma / INR 5,000 for other courses, first year only)
Single Scholarship Rule: A student can avail only one scholarship or concession, either from the official scholarship scheme (Sr. No. 1–13) or a special concession approved under special circumstances.
Restrictions for External Scholarship Recipients: Students receiving any external scholarship/financial aid from private or government sources are not eligible for DAV University internal scholarships.
Non-Recurring Nature: Scholarships are non-recurring except M-11, Sibling category & D-Ward, which may continue only if conditions are fulfilled and renewal request is submitted each year.
Final Decision Authority: In case of disputes, the decision of DAV University will be final and binding.
