Admission: The teachers at this college are awesome! They really get us and know how to teach well. We all get to go on two industrial tours, which is cool. The teachers are super helpful and guide us with our projects. It's a great place to learn!

Placement: The placements at the college weren't great when my batch was looking for jobs. But things have changed now, and the college is offering better chances for students to get placed in good companies. It's growing quickly, and more companies are showing up for campus recruitment.

Campus: The classrooms and campus at our college are top-notch. The hostels are big and roomy. The food in the canteen is decent, nothing special. But we really liked the food in the hostel. Our college is great, and the library has a wide variety of books.

Admission: The teachers here are really good at explaining things. The stuff we learn is useful and connects with real-world stuff like working with companies, hands-on learning, and people skills. You need at least 40% to pass each class. If you go to class and study, you can do well on the tests.

Placement: Placements here are pretty good, with most students getting jobs. The fees are a bit high compared to other colleges in Karnataka. The highest package offered is around Rs 25,000, while the lowest is around Rs 10,000. Companies like Tata Steel, Coal India Limited, IPCL, and Hindustan Zinc Limited come for recruitment. It's hard to say the exact percentage of placements because it varies based on different things.

Campus: The library at our college is really important. It's got lots of books and stuff for research. The food at the hostel is pretty good. I live on the Thimmaiah campus. The hostel provides a bunch of facilities, and I'm happy with the food they serve. It's cooked well.

Admission: The teachers are pretty strict here. They cover all the topics, but their knowledge is not the best. The teaching could be better. The ratio of students to teachers is good, like 14 students to 1 teacher. Mining students get to see real industry stuff, while mechanical students visit nearby industries. They even have a cool underground mining model that's pretty unique.

Placement: Not many job opportunities after college. Only a couple of BPOs and consultancies might visit for placements. TCS did a training program for us on weekends, but only 2 students got hired. Other companies weren't that great. Seniors didn't have good placement either. It's tough finding a job after graduating from here.

Campus: The campus is awesome with nice labs and lots of trees. The Wi-Fi works well for students. The classrooms are nice too. They have a small medical centre for minor problems and take you to the hospital for bigger ones. The library is really good and one of the best things about the college.

Admission: The teachers here are super helpful. They're really friendly and we learned a lot from them. They guide us well and train us nicely, so we can do well on exams, projects, and presentations. Each department has a head who helps students when they're struggling with studying or finishing assignments on time.

Placement: The college hooks us up with great job opportunities after we finish our courses, especially for mining engineering students. Companies like Microland, TCS, Dell snapped up students from our batch. They start prepping us for jobs from the second year. The placement cell also helps us with other skills besides just academics.

Campus: The college has awesome transportation options for students from different areas. The library is top-notch with lots of helpful books. The labs are really cool with all the latest gear and Wi-Fi. They even added new buildings for future students, so they have clean water, good labs, and nice furniture. It's all set up really well for students.

Admission: The teachers at our college were really helpful. They knew their stuff and shared useful knowledge. They were always there to answer our questions and help us out with everything. The course I picked was spot on and focused on real-world skills.

Placement: Around half of us from our course found jobs. The pay ranged from 2 LPA to 6 LPA, with an average of 3 LPA. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) was the big company hiring us. Most of us landed sales jobs in construction companies.

Campus: The classrooms all had CCTV cameras for monitoring. They kept the labs and classrooms clean, and the library was big. Wi-Fi worked everywhere on campus. The hostel felt like a second home with all the facilities we needed.

Admission: The teachers were pretty good, but some of them had just graduated. The syllabus at VYU seemed really outdated when I was there. It didn't match up with what companies are looking for. I felt like almost all the subjects had outdated material.

Placement: Placement opportunities were pretty low, with only about 5% of students getting jobs. Most of them ended up in other colleges. The highest salary offered was around INR 4.5 Lacs. Unfortunately, the college didn't arrange any internships for us. We had to look for companies or consultancies on our own for internships.

Campus: The classrooms and Internet lab were good, and there was a cricket ground too. But there weren't many indoor games available. The facilities weren't great when I was there, but now they are working on improving them. However, the education quality has gone down lately. It seems like they are more focused on making money now.

Admission: The teachers here are super smart. They all got their Ph.D. degrees from different universities in India. We study the VTU syllabus. They offer online classes to help us understand better. Plus, they really get us ready for tough exams and interviews. Those semester exams are no joke you gotta study hard to do well.

Placement: The college has a special team for training and placements. They really help us improve our skills. A lot of students have found jobs through this program. The main company that hires from here is Tata Consultancy Service.

Campus: The labs are in good shape and the lab manager is helpful. Classrooms are nice and can fit around 50 students comfortably. The library is pretty decent with lots of books to read peacefully. The canteen serves vegetarian food, chocolates, juices, and more.
