Admission: The teachers here are really good. They use different methods like board teaching and projectors. There are 10 students for every 5 teachers. The course curriculum is practical. All the teachers have Ph.D.'s in their fields. They also have experience in the industry.
Placement: A lot of seniors found jobs at companies like Pepsi Foods and Century Seed. Around 40-50% of students got placed. They were offered a salary of 4 lakhs per year in 2015. Both Pepsi Foods and Century Seed came to our campus for placements. We didn't really need to do internships for our courses.
Campus: The campus has Wi-Fi, fully-equipped labs, classrooms, library, medical facilities, and sports facilities. The library has all the books I need. The food in the canteen is good. The hostel rooms are decent. So far, I haven't had any problems with the infrastructure.

Admission: The teachers here are really nice and always ready to help. The courses can be a bit challenging but not too hard. If you like the subject, you should definitely give it a try. The course materials are up-to-date and include extra stuff for future learning. Most students pass with a 75% success rate.
Placement: I didn't see any job placements at this college. If you're thinking of joining, be ready for exams and more studying. You'll need to work hard to understand the basics so you can do well in your future courses.
Campus: The college is getting better. Our classrooms have AC and smartboards. The labs are great. Girls can stay in the government hostel, while boys can stay in private hostels. But the classrooms are a bit small.

Admission: The teachers in our college aren't great, except for a few. The courses don't seem very helpful since there are hardly any job opportunities after. Some subjects feel like a waste of time. The teachers tend to focus more on politics than on teaching. We learn a lot of theory but not much practical stuff.
Placement: The college doesn't offer great job opportunities after graduation. The campus is beautiful, but the academics are lacking. Politics in education has affected the quality of teaching. There aren't many diverse courses available, so learning is limited.
Campus: I stayed in an old hostel and loved it, but the new ones feel like cramped cubicles. Monkeys sometimes come into the hostel, and there are leaky ceilings and thin walls that make me wonder about privacy. Overall, my stay was below average. It's really hard to focus and study in the hostels because of all the noise and distractions. I'd recommend finding another place to study.

Admission: The university in Himachal Pradesh offers teaching in horticulture, forestry, and related subjects. They use a credit system for courses and split the academic year into two semesters. Each semester lasts 19 weeks with short breaks of six weeks. They also organize field trips and training during breaks to show us real farming scenarios.
Placement: There aren't any job placements for undergrads. The average salary in 2021 was 4.7 LPA, which went down by 2% in 2020 but went up by 4.3% in 2019.
Campus: The hostels here are awesome! They've got everything you need like a reading room, TV room, and a chill common room with games. Plus, they have Aqua guards, water coolers, and fridges. The students' welfare officer runs the show, with help from the wardens. Each hostel has its own crew chief, floor prefects, sports secretary, common room secretary, and mess in-charge. And there's an attendant in each hostel who keeps everything in check, from records to student attendance to collecting mess bills. It's all well-managed and super convenient for us students.

Admission: The teachers are really helpful and know their stuff. They usually teach using PowerPoints or by taking us out on trips. You can also take online classes. We get to learn a lot about the industry in our final year through a hands-on program. M.Sc. students get Rs. 2000 and Ph.D. students get Rs. 5000 as a stipend.
Placement: Undergrad students don't get placements here. They have to find jobs in private companies by themselves. Placements are only available for master's and Ph.D. students in agribusiness. The average package offered is around 3-5 lakhs.
Campus: The college has good Wi-Fi. Each department has labs with modern equipment. The library has new books, magazines, and research papers. There's a health center on campus. They have indoor and outdoor games like badminton, football, and table tennis. The hostel rooms are clean and the food is good.

Admission: The classes were interesting and changed a lot, but they could use more technology. The teachers were nice and always ready to help. The exams were not too hard, just average difficulty. About 55% of students passed in the Bachelor's program, while 65% passed in the Master's program. The Horticulture program for undergraduates was good, but I wouldn't suggest this campus for a Master's degree.
Placement: There wasn't a placement cell on campus, so most students went on to do Master's degrees. No one got placements or internships from the campus. Many students opted for Master's or MBA programs at NITs and IIMs.
Campus: The library at college was really good, and the staff there was helpful. There was just one hostel for girls, but it had nice rooms and the food was good too. They organized sports events once a year, which was fun. The canteen had yummy food for both meals and snacks.

Admission: The professors here are really smart and teach well. The exams are tough but fair, with a 50% pass rate. This course is great for people interested in forestry and agriculture. It's all about practical industry knowledge.
Placement: Most students from 12th standard get placed in this course, around 70 percent. The highest package is 100000 and the lowest is 50000. Popular roles after the course are forest officer, IFz, and more. Students with a GPA over 8 usually get internships from the course.
Campus: The facilities at our forestry and horticulture college are top-notch. We've got Wi-Fi, labs, and smart classrooms. The hostel is friendly and nice too. The food is really good quality. And there's even an ambulance for emergencies. Plus, we have all kinds of sports fields to enjoy.

Admission: The teachers at our college were really good at what they do. They were always there to help us out. The way they taught us was easy to understand. We got to do an internship during the summer break, which was super helpful. I learned a ton about banking in just one month.
Placement: Only a small percentage of us seniors got placed from our batch. The top salary offered was 3 lakhs. Most companies that came for placements were in marketing, and they mainly offered sales roles. This college seems better suited for agriculture students rather than those studying general MBA.
Campus: The campus has everything you need wi-fi, library, clinic, sports complex, and classrooms. The food in the canteen and hostel mess is delicious and clean. The hostel rooms, especially the NRI ones, are big and tidy. I never had any problems with the facilities here.

Admission: The teachers here are really great! They know their stuff, are supportive, and help us out a lot. The way they teach is top-notch. The course is super useful and prepares us well for the industry. The exams are fair and not too tough. You need to get at least an 80% to pass.
Placement: Most students land a job after graduation, which is great. The salary range for jobs is between 5 to 7 LPA. Big companies like Pepsi food, Adani, Nagarjuna, Dhanuka, etc., come for recruitment. Almost everyone in our course gets an internship in May in timber and wood industries. The popular job titles are DFO and Range officer.
Campus: The college is pretty good, with nice buildings and stuff for us students. We get Wi-Fi, which is awesome. The hostels are cool too. The food in the mess and canteen is good and clean. Plus, they have medical help and sports and games for us to enjoy.

Admission: Most of the teachers have Ph.D. degrees. They have senior professors, assistant professors, and guest faculty who give both theoretical and practical knowledge. The course curriculum is good and relevant. The syllabus has changed a bit after the new education policy. Exams are not too tough. If we study the whole syllabus well, passing is easy. The pass percentage is around 50%.
Placement: I'm part of the 2023-2027 batch at this college. In my class, we have 59 students. Half of us are in paid seats, while the other half are in regular seats. Our college doesn't offer salary packages, but we can take competitive exams. The top job role we can aim for is a Range Officer, but we can also try for other government jobs like HAS and banking exams.
Campus: The college has a great library for studying, and the classrooms have smartboards and AC. My friends say the hostel food is tasty and clean with options for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. They even have ambulance service here. Plus, there's a cool open playground where we can play all we want.
