Admission: The teachers here are really top-notch and super helpful. They're experts in their field. Some famous alumni like P.S. Bali and Alex Ranju are connected to the school, which is pretty cool. We get to meet them at events. The course is very hands-on, which is great for learning.
Placement: Placements at our college are 100%! Big hotel names and cruise companies come to hire students. The main job role they offer is Management Trainee. Salaries range from Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 50,000. Everyone gets placed, which is awesome!
Campus: The college has Wi-Fi for students, which is great. The canteen serves good food, and lunch is included for everyone. There's also a medical center on campus. We've got a basketball court, playground, and badminton court for sports lovers. The college even organizes a sports week for us. The practical rooms are pretty decent too.

Admission: The best thing about this college is the faculty. They are all really experienced and teach us in a way that nobody else can. They're always there to help with our questions or problems. The course includes a 4-month internship to prepare us for the industry. The exams each semester are not too hard, you just need to get 24 out of 60 to pass.
Placement: IHM Kolkata is the go-to place for a management degree in the hotel industry. In 2024, all students got placed in top companies like Taj, Oberois, Four Seasons, Jio, and more. The highest salary offered was 12 LPA, while the lowest was 4 LPA. Everyone also landed internships at places like Taj, Oberoi, ITC, Leela Palace. Job roles after graduation include assistant manager, supervisor, and associate.
Campus: I really like IHM Kolkata because they have cool stuff on campus. The classrooms are big and have smart boards. The dining hall is air-conditioned and has a TV. Plus, there's a huge library. They also have basketball and badminton courts. And there's a massive ground where we can play any sport we want. It's awesome!

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and they know their stuff from working in the industry. They make sure we're all set to jump into work once we graduate. The exams in each semester aren't too tough as long as you show up for class. You just need to score 40% to pass.
Placement: The college has connections with top companies like Taj, Oberoi, ITC, Hyatt, Starbucks, and Dominos. In the 2nd year, we got to train in 5-star hotels across the country. Even after COVID, 80-90% of us got placed.

Admission: The teachers are pretty good. A lot of them used to study here too. You can tell they really care about the college and us. In the second year, we get to do IT training for a whole semester (in either the 3rd or 4th semester). We work in hotels and can earn some money while learning. It's a cool opportunity.
Placement: There's a bunch of us in my batch - like maybe around 350 students. They say the average salary they offer here is 6 LPA, and the top one is like 10 LPA (but I'm not 100% sure cause I'm just a freshman in 2024). Around 50 companies swing by for hiring every year, like Taj, Oberoi, ITC, Park hotels, and more.
Campus: The college has a cool kitchen where we get to cook new things in every class. Plus, there are computer labs. There are two buildings on campus, and they have separate hostels for guys and girls. Hostel students get breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner every day. If you don't stay in the hostel, you only get lunch on weekdays.

Placement: I was so happy to see that 95% of students got placed from our college. There were over 50 companies from retail and hotel industries that came to hire students. The highest salary offered was 7 lakhs and the lowest was 2.5 lakhs. Companies like Taj, OBEROI, JIO, MARRIOTT, HYATT, LALIT, and BATA were some of the top recruiters.
Campus: The college has great facilities! Every classroom has projectors and charging sockets at every desk. The hostels are top-notch with awesome food that doesn't make you feel like you're in a hostel. Plus, they have cool extras like a gym and sports facilities. Love it here!

Admission: The teachers are really friendly and super helpful. They all have degrees in hotel management and expertise in tourism or hospitality. Some teachers even graduated from top IIMs. They are all really smart. They always support students with research. But exams in the semester are quite challenging.
Placement: I'm really happy with the 100% placement at our college. The highest salary offered is 10 lakhs per year, while the lowest is 2.4 lakhs per year. Companies like Reliance, Aditya Birla, Myntra, ITC, Taj, Oberoi, Hyatt, Marriott, Novotel, Burger King, McDonald's, KFC, Maifair, HMS Host, Taco Bell, and more come for recruitment. It's great to see so many top companies hiring from our college.
Campus: The college and hostel have free Wi-Fi, lunch, and a canteen. The kitchen is great for all students. The placement cell is active. The food in the hostel is top-notch. There are triple sharing rooms in the hostel, and in the M.Sc. hostel, there are double sharing and personal rooms too. It's easy to get a night out on Saturdays and Sundays. A doctor is available every day. However, there's no medicine shop on campus.
