IIFT Delhi Placements 2025: Highest Package & Top Recruiters

The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) has successfully completed its Final Placements for the MBA in International Business (IB) batch of 2022–24. During the latest placement drive, recruiters offered roles across Sales & Marketing, Consulting, IT, Analytics, Finance, and Operations. The highest international package stood at INR 85.40 LPA, while the highest domestic package reached INR 75.60 LPA. The IIFT Delhi average package for the batch was INR 27.30 LPA, with a median CTC of INR 25 LPA.

The top 10% of students received an average CTC of INR 53.1 LPA, followed by INR 40.6 LPA for the top 25% and INR 33.5 LPA for the top 50%, highlighting strong compensation outcomes across cohorts.

The recruitment season saw participation from 120+ recruiters across BFSI, Consulting, FMCG, IT, Logistics, Healthcare, and allied sectors. Key recruiters included Amazon, Adani, Cipla, Axis Bank, Coca-Cola, Dabur, Flipkart, HDFC Bank, Infosys, ICICI Bank, Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, Samsung, Swiggy, and PhonePe.

While official placement data for 2025 is awaited, the 2024 placement cycle recorded a placement rate of 85%. The IIFT Delhi average package in 2024 was INR 27.30 LPA, reaffirming IIFT Delhi’s position among India’s top B-schools for international business education.

Professional Services led the placement drive at IIFT Delhi, contributing 23% of the total offers, followed by the BFSI sector at 21%. Information Technology accounted for 17% of the roles. At IIFT, most job offers came from Sales and Marketing (22%). Finance was next with 21% of offers, followed by Consulting at 18%. General Management made up 15% of offers, while 14% went to Trade and Operations. Lastly, 10% of the offers were in IT and Analytics. The highest stipend given for a job outside India was INR 6 lakhs. The highest stipend given for a job in India was INR 4.5 lakhs. On average, students earned INR 2.73 lakhs, and the median amount was INR 2.5 lakhs. More than 60 students got over INR 4 lakhs, which shows that top companies really liked the students. Over 105 companies came to give internships in many different fields. Some big companies that took part in IIFT Delhi summer placement were Amul, Amazon, Airtel, Bloomberg, Droom, Puma, and Tata Steel.

A total of 30+ companies, including over 20 new recruiters, participated in the internship placement season, offering a wide range of roles across analytics, consulting, BFSI, and technology domains. The highest stipend reached an impressive INR 4 Lakhs, while the average stipend stood at INR 1.41 Lakhs. With a median stipend of INR 1.1 Lakhs.
