IIIT D admissions vary by course and involve entrance scores, tests, and interviews. For B.Tech, admission is mainly through JAC Delhi based on JEE Main scores. Students must meet minimum academic criteria in Class 12, especially in Mathematics.

IIIT Delhi M.Tech admission is based on a valid GATE score along with academic performance. PhD admissions are conducted twice a year and include a written test and interview. • Go to the official website of the university and the relevant entrance exams.
• Click ‘Apply Now’.
• Start filling in the personal/ professional details like name, address, and marks obtained, followed by exam city selection.
