Hostel fee includes charges for hostel room rent, electricity, water, internet, maintenance, and security, ensuring a well-maintained stay. The mess fee covers meals comprising breakfast and dinner from Monday to Friday, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Additional lunch options or other eatables are available for purchase at the Institute canteen on all working days.

 

IIIT - Accommodation and Facilities

The hostel accommodation is arranged in spacious rooms with variable occupancy based on room size, accommodating either 3 or 5 students. The hostel premises provide a dedicated mess facility on-site for convenient meal access. Given the hostel's distance from the campus, a bus service is organized to transport students between the hostel and the institute, enhancing accessibility.

 

IIIT - Additional Student Support and Amenities

Students residing in the hostel benefit from reliable internet connectivity and continuous water and electricity supply. The hostel also implements strict security measures to ensure student safety. Medical support is facilitated through a compulsory medical insurance fee included in the fee structure, providing health coverage during the academic year. Transport arrangements cater to all students, with an annual transport fee of ₹5,000 payable directly to the institute.
