24 Sept, 2025 : IMT Nagpur has started the common application process for its two-year PGDM programmes for the 2026-28 batch. Interested candidates can apply for IMT Nagpur PGDM 2026 through the official website.
22 Sept, 2025 : Registration for CAT 2025 is now closed. The exam will be conducted on November 30, 2025, in multiple shifts across more than 170 cities.
15 Sept, 2025 : XLRI Jamshedpur has announced the mock test schedule for the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2026. The mock test will be held on September 27 and 28, 2025, conducted by XLRI on behalf of Xavier Association of Management Institutes (XAMI). Interested candidates must complete their registration by September 24, 2025.
6 Sept, 2025 :  NIRF has released the 2025 rankings. Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur, has secured the 99th position in the NIRF Ranking 2025 in the Management category.
1 Sept, 2025 : XAT 2026 application form was released on 10 July 2025. XAT 2026 exam is scheduled on 4 January 2026. Eligible candidates can register themselves online, as no offline method is provided. Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur, at the University Level.

IMT-Nagpur Post-Graduate Diploma in Management Scholarships

IMT Nagpur provides a 65% fee waiver for PGDM program students who achieved a percentile of 90 or above in the CAT 2019 and XAT 2020 exams. This scholarship is contingent upon the student receiving admission to IMT Nagpur. No additional application is required for this scholarship, and the selection process is strictly merit-based.

 

IMT-Nagpur Economically Weaker Sections Scholarships

IMT Nagpur awards five scholarships with a 95% fee waiver to students from economically weaker sections (EWS). To be eligible, candidates must possess the relevant documentation to demonstrate their financial need. This scholarship is awarded based on the socio-economic status of the applicant.

 

IMT-Nagpur Institute Day Merit Scholarships

The Institute Day Merit Scholarships are awarded to the highest-performing students of the first-year batch. All enrolled PGDM program students are automatically considered for this scholarship. The institute recognizes students' academic accomplishments by awarding these competitive merit scholarships based on their academic performance. Categories include Overall Toppers and Stream Specialization Toppers.

 

IMT-Nagpur Late Shri Mahendra Nath Scholarships

The Late Shri Mahendra Nath Scholarships are distributed annually on the 10th of September, known as the Shri Mahendra Nath Memorial Day. These scholarships serve as a combined merit and means scholarship, awarded to second-year students based on their first-year academic performance, socio-economic status, and overall behavior and attitude. Applicants are required to submit documentary evidence of their family income to be considered for this scholarship. The selection is carried out by a committee of faculty members.

 

IMT-Nagpur Institutional Scholarships

IMT Nagpur also offers institutional scholarships each year, which include the Merit Scholarship and the Late Mahendra Nath Merit cum Means Scholarship. These scholarships amount to approximately INR 10-12 lakhs every year. The institute's annual Scholarship Award event aims to recognize exceptional individual students who have shown noteworthy excellence in academia.
