Academic: The teachers here are really smart and super helpful, which is great. Our course syllabus is always updated to match what the market needs, so we learn relevant things. We even get to study some special subjects like rural society and polity, rural livelihood systems, and values and ethics management. The best part of learning is definitely the 9-week village fieldwork we do. Overall, the studies are quite challenging but we gain a lot of knowledge from them.

Placement: Our college has really good placements. All students, like 100% of us, get internships which is great. For final jobs also, there is 100% placement. Big companies like GCMMF (AMUL), future group, state governments, mahindra agri, ITC, and UNICEF recruit students from here. They offer different roles in development, policy, and even corporate sectors. The highest salary someone got was 52 lakhs per annum, and the average package is 11 lakhs per annum.

Campus: This college has a huge campus, like 60 acres, and all the buildings are super modern. All the important facilities are available here, plus we get Wi-Fi too, and everything is top quality. Each student even gets their own single room. The RJML Library here is really good, actually one of the best in India. It's cool that Dr. Verghese Kurien, the guy who started the white revolution, founded this institute. Also, the subjects they teach, the curriculum, is very strong.

Admission: Experience at this institute remained comfortable and smooth. The application form was simple, and interview plus merit list updates were clearly communicated. Verification staff were supportive, helping registration conclude without hassle.

Academic: For our rural management course, the curriculum covers subjects like rural society, policy, development theory, and growth theory. Our faculty are very good and quick to respond to any issues students have. We also get to learn all the general management subjects. Overall, this course is a good package because it has many electives, letting students study what they are interested in. The discussions on every topic are really helpful and enriching.

Placement: Placements are really good at IRMA, with a 100% record for both jobs and internships. Students here get solid opportunities to go into either the development or corporate sector. Many well-known companies like Grofers, Godrej, Big Basket, ITC, Amul, Mother Dairy, and Verka come to our college for recruitment drives. It's cool because one of our seniors even interned with The World Bank, and lots of seniors are involved in making policies with the government. So, getting a job is definitely not a problem at our college. Just so you know, till last year, seniors had two internships, a winter one and a summer one. But from our current batch onwards, students will only have one internship segment. Our placement cell is super efficient and works year-round to ensure everyone is placed.

Campus: College campus is really huge, and the infrastructure here is super good. We have nice, well-furnished classrooms and auditoriums. There's also a library and a computer lab for studying. For food, we have a mess that students manage, plus a canteen. If you like sports, there's a big football ground, other sports grounds, a badminton court, and a gym. Also, there's a common room. Basically, our college has every facility a student might need.

Admission: Journey through IRMA admissions remained comfortable overall. Filling the application was simple, and reaching the merit list stage felt rewarding. Academic: At IRMA, the teachers and all the staff are super cooperative. It's clear from our unique village fieldwork curriculum that they really prepare us for the actual problems and tough choices people deal with in real life.

Placement: I can tell you about senior summer internships is that students got roles like development projects manager and company consultant. Big companies such as Amul, Mother Dairy, and Federal Bank came to hire them. The stipend offered was pretty good, ranging from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 75,000 every month.

Campus: Course I'm doing is seriously one of the best here. It's really good because it mixes management studies well with how rural areas and their people's social life and behavior are. Plus, the hostel and all the campus buildings are good here. What's also cool is that our mess is managed by students, and it feels like everything is super well-organized.

Academic: Our teachers are very qualified here. The course curriculum for our MBA is also really good. We mostly get our MBA knowledge from practicals, like doing fieldwork. Actually, fieldwork is a much bigger part of our studies than just classroom learning, and every student has to go through it.

Placement: My college is really good. Almost all students, like 100%, get placed. The highest salary package someone got was more than 50 LPA, and the average package is around 15 LPA. Mostly, companies from the rural sector come to our campus for hiring. For internships too, almost everyone, 100% of the batch, gets one with an average stipend of Rs. 55,000 per month.

Campus: First thing, the infrastructure here is top-notch, you'll find all the stuff that other good B-schools have. A special thing is they have their own medical team just for students, which is not something you see often in B-schools. And for hostels, the rooms are decent, you can choose to stay alone or with one roommate.

Plus, there's a huge playground.

Lots of big names visited our campus for placements, including companies like Bigbasket, Godrej, Grofers, BAIF, and Ninjacart.

Campus: Our campus is really big and green, super beautiful to look at. Since it's a residential course, we have hostels right here on campus. There are proper hostel blocks, a mess run by students, a common room, gym, badminton court, and even a football ground. Everything a student needs is pretty much here. Near the academic block, there's a canteen too. The academic block itself has a really nice vibe, perfect for studying. The library is awesome, it has almost all the books you'd need. Plus, the computer labs have both Wi-Fi and LAN, which is super helpful. All the rooms in the academic blocks also come with air-conditioners.

Campus: My college looks really good, like the whole building and campus. Hostels are kept super clean always, which is nice. All the classrooms have projectors and ACs too. You'll also find good Wi-Fi everywhere on campus and clean drinking water is always available. Plus, there are courts for sports like TT, basketball, pool, cricket, football, and more.

Academic: In my college IRMA, the faculty members are seriously helpful and they know everything about their subjects. Since it's a residential program, reaching out to them is super easy anytime. They are always supportive, especially for our summer internships and assignments. Plus, they teach us with full honesty and really care that we understand what they are teaching.

Placement: At IRMA, the placements are 100% for sure. The college really wants every student to do well, so they make sure everyone gets a job. They work very hard, not stopping until each and every student finds a job. Companies like Mother Dairy, Amul, Vedanta, and ICICI Bank visit our campus for hiring.

Campus: What I really like about our college is how nice the campus is. The hostels are super clean and they are right next to the mess and all our classrooms, which is very handy. We have a great library too, just a small walk from the study buildings. Plus, there's a big sports complex, a park to chill, play areas, and even a canteen. It's a pretty complete setup for both studying and having fun.

Placement: Our college is super good. Like, 100% of students got placed. The highest salary someone got was 50 lakhs per year, and that was for an international role. Even the average package for 2019 was around 14 lakhs, which is a good amount. Many types of companies come here for placements, like FMGC, government development places, NGOs, then agribusiness companies, online food chains, and even grain storage businesses. Big international organisations like UNICEF also recruit from our college.

Campus: It has both new and old buildings, but all are nicely renovated. We have lots of separate areas like a Classroom complex, an auditorium, an academic complex, ETDC, 15 hostel blocks, a big Library, and a Dispensary. There's also a Faculty residential area. The best part is that most of these buildings are fully air conditioned, which is a big comfort.

The highest salary someone got was 50 LPA, the lowest was 6 LPA, and the average was 10 LPA. Many big companies like ITC, Amul, Emami, Axis Bank, Airtel Payments Bank, BAIF, and Bharti AXA came to hire us. Not just final placements, even for summer internships, everyone in our batch got one in just five days. Companies like ITC, Godrej Agrovet, IWMI_TATA, and Amul offered internships for roles like market research, agri-value chain studies, and data analytics, among many others.

Campus: College has super good facilities. Each student gets their own room here, which is really nice. Wi-Fi is there all over the campus, and we also get LAN cables in our rooms for internet. Classrooms are built well, especially the newer ones. All classes have ACs, projectors, and boards. When it comes to food, it's cooked in the canteen. Morning food quality is great, but it kinda goes down as the day progresses and sometimes it changes. Evening snacks are good though. There's one more canteen inside the campus and an Amul parlour right at the gate. For sports, we have a big football and cricket ground, plus courts for table tennis, badminton, and basketball.
