The rent includes hostel accommodation (INR 12,000), electricity charges (INR 3,600), water charges (INR 300), and arrangement charges (INR 2,400). Additionally, new students are required to pay a refundable hostel security deposit of INR 1,000. Old students are exempt from the security deposit, making their total hostel fees slightly lower.
