Jorhat Medical College and Hospital (JMCH), Jorhat is a government medical college and tertiary care teaching hospital located in Jorhat, Assam. Established in 2009, it is the fourth government medical college in Assam, affiliated to Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences and recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC). The college admits 125 MBBS students and 94 postgraduate students annually and serves the healthcare needs of over 1.2 million people in Jorhat and surrounding districts. With a 964-bed hospital and super-specialty departments, JMCH is a major hub for medical education and healthcare in Upper Assam.

JMCH was inaugurated on 12 October 2009 and offers comprehensive medical education and healthcare services. The institution features 23 departments, 3 super-specialty units (Cardiology, Neurology/Neurosurgery, Nephrology), and a daily OPD attendance of over 1,100 patients (2024). The college is government-run, with Dr. Ratna Kanta Talukdar as Dean, and is located at Swahid Kushal Konwar Path, Barbheta, Jorhat, Assam.
